Antwoord van Simplelighting.co.uk
Hi James,
While I am sorry that you were not happy with your experience, I fail to see how this is our fault.
We are an e-commerce retailer, and our systems are automated.
If you give us the wrong address, we won't know this.
We are not typing your address into a system and seeing the wrong address. In the warehouse, they click a button named "print label," then stick it on the box.
The warehouse won't be looking at the address which you've entered.
Once again, I am sorry if you feel let down. This isn't something over which we have control.
Best Regards
Chris

Good price on these fire rated downlights.
These downlights are very reasonably priced and also fire rated. Easy quick in and out connections.
One of mine had a holding clip missing but a couple were put in the post same day so did not hold my job up.
Good service.
