Probably a bit premature as light not yet installed. Initial comments: 1. As replacing a central pendant the black flex would be better white or silver 2. Alternatively a ceiling mounted containment... Toon meer

Shipping from chinaThis item was out of stock for months…
This item was out of stock for months maybe look at replenishing your stock much quicker than this item has taken I know it may be out of your control but I still think 5 months is a bit to long item perfect and fit for purpose
Thank you hope you use my comments wisely

Hi Deborah
Thanks for your review.
For context though, you didn't place a order and we said its out of stock.
We actually did fulfil your order. The order which i am looking at was shipped to you a couple of weeks ago.
What item are you referring to?
We sell over 2000 products, very occasionally some items may fall out of stock for prolonged periods, although this is very rare.
If a item is suggested to be out of stock for 5 months there would be a few reasons.
1) The item is very slow selling and we are considering if we want to still buy it.
2) Maybe a customer took a large volume from us which was unplanned! (This can happen!)
Anyway, have a lovely day and enjoy the sun!
Best Regards
Simple Lighting

Ordering on the website was very easy…
Ordering on the website was very easy and quick. The price for these lighting strips was amazing, and when they arrived. Was really glad to see that they were very good quality, which I wasn't quite expecting. The only real niggle I had was that TNT didnt deliver when they originally said they would, and in fact a day later, but that's not simple lighting fault to be fair. Will definitely recommend.
