Simplyfeet Reviews 

Whilst things are difficult at the moment I won't gripe at the time taken for customer services to respond to emails. However, I recently bought a pair of Vionic shoes through their website. I love the brand as they accommodate my prescribed insoles well. The shoes were reduced by 50% and as I could still get them in my size, I ordered them. As I checked out I saw the reduction hadn't been applied but as I could get the shoes I wanted, at a reduced price I continued the purchase and immediately contacted Customer Services to make them aware and asked for the difference to be refunded. I took screenshots of the shoe and my message should I have needed them later.

The shoes duly arrived but having still not received a response I sent another email acknowledging their arrival and asked for the refund to be processed, attaching the screenshots.

I received a response which said that only one colour of the shoes had been reduced not the ones I had purchased! I have now gone back to their website and sent them a screenshot of the shoes; the price and the fact that once the colour of the shoe was selected that there is no change. This is my third request for the refund. I await their response or it's contact with Trading Standards, I'm afraid

Having never purchased from Simplyfeet before I was a bit cautious before parting with my money, checking for previous customer reviews beforehand. Their Facebook and Twitter pages are active with many a post regarding current promotions as well as recent replies to customers queries and questions.
Ordered a pair of shoes that were the best price online by far, paid with Paypal and got the despatch email following morning with arrival of the goods via Royal Mail 48 service two days afterwards. A superb service all round and one happy customer, I will not hesitate to use them again. They also include a Royal Mail 2nd class freepost returns label inside if not happy. I purchase a lot online but rarely do online reviews but I think that is going to change from now on. A 5*star rating from me and a thanks very much for a great purchase.

My experience with Simply Feet is my second experience with shoe inserts or orthotics, I was told I had Planter Fasciitis in 2013 and was able to use a basic insert that was about $50.00. In 2014 I had back surgeries that left me temporarily handicapped and created several additional problems. I have been using a walker since then and did not walk at all for 2 years.
So when I was able to use my feet again I had edema very badly and my feet would no longer fit in normal shoes and was extremely painful to attempt to walk. I called the Simply Feet store and made an appointment. Anthony recognized my problem and spent an hour or so measuring and helping me find a shoe that would work for me. The plan was to find a shoe first and then do the orthotic so he ordered the shoes for me, shortly thereafter a nurse told me about a shoe that would also work I liked better, and I called Anthony and cancelled my order and proceeded with the orthotics.
He spent probably 30-45 minutes casting both feet and making molds, a week or so later I met him for final fitting and trying them out and I could not believe how great they fit and felt right away. He informed me the next 2 weeks they might be painful at times as they were breaking in, and he was right. But always came back to feeling good and now almost 3 months later they are still great.
These things have greatly aided my ability to do Physical Therapy and hopefully walk again. My experience with this store and its proprietor is 100% positive, this gentleman is very knowledgeable and brings back both the retail and medical experience to years ago when customer and patient were king regardless. He is a total gentleman, knowledgeable, forthright and honest. Doing business with his store was a total pleasure and nothing like most current experiences with corporate franchises and mall stores.
I have and will continue to recommend this business to everyone I know, I have to say I do not do many reviews besides Amazon and when I did this one and read the couple of negative ones this business has I was suspect right away that they are even real. I say that because the experience they describe is so much different than the experience and majority of reviews. I believe this business owner would do everything in his power to right any legitimate wrong he could. So I would definitely challenge any “scam alert” or similar review.

The quality of the insoles I bought from this site were simply unacceptable and came in a very poor condition (as though they were chewed by a dog).

Fair enough they came quickly, but would have been nice to receive the correct size, I ordered UK SIZE 10 but got a Uk 9 instead ,so sending them back.........

I have contacted you via email on the 22rd April on the subject but still no reply dated 25/04/2017.
Also your website says the item in question is out of stock for colour and my size that I ordered so refund is only option to resolve this mistake.

Bought some insoles from them and they were extremely low quality and unacceptable.

I bought some shoes 1 month ago and they have not arrived. Tried contacting simplyfeet with no answer. Poor customer service. Will not buy there again.

Bought a pair of insoels from this company.. took 4 weeks to arrive! The insoles after wearing them actually made my feet hurt even more and then I went to see a doctor who told me to stop wearing them because they were damaging my feet. Unable to get a refund. Poor customer service.

The Staff at Simply Feet are great they have a vast product range and also quality products i would recommend them to anyone.

I recently ordered two of Simply Feet's Pamper Set for me and a friend. In it the set contained a pair of gels socks , cream and a foot file- perfect for giving my tired feet some attention. Anyway, on ordering them products, the site was straight forward to use. Delivery was great and on time (and I got Free delivery because I had spent £40) so that made me happy! friend was delighted with her gift from me and has already ordered another one! They last a while so it was worth it and nice to treat my feet. Thanks Simply Feet!!
