poor customer service
I have had no reply to 2 emails I have sent to you on 02/09 and 09/09.
I cannot understand how you have A) not replied and B) at least answered my claim. You can clearly see in my reply on 02/09 that both my wife's glasses and mine are on the same reciept and are clearly 2 seperate prescriptions and for convenience were paid for on one transaction. I have been a customer of yours for a number of years and have never claimed before. I would like an answer in the next 7 days to be able to bring this claim to an end.

Outstanding service from Simplyhealth...
The service from Simplyhealth is outstanding. I literally visited my dentist less than an hour ago. I just got home, made my dental claim and its already been agreed and processed. So that's 100% of my claim back in my bank in the next 3-5 days. Now that's what I call service with a smile. Thank you Simplyhealth for being great!

Fantastic company
Fantastic company. Customer service is 100% l have been with them for years. I have never had a problem with any of my claims quick and easy. The website is easy to navigate, l am 79 and find it so simple to use when l put a claim in. So straight forward and claims are dealt with in 3 days and payment received swiftly into my bank account. I would definitely recommend 100%.
