Very good quick turnaround

Easy to make a claim, swift response every time...if you have to make a query via a phone call the staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
I have been with Westfield since the 80s and would not want to be without them!

Prompt reimbursement of my claims

The claims have no tracking ID
Once the claim is submitted it doesn't appear in the claims history so it's not clear if the claim has been submitted or not
The repayments are sporadic, some take a few days and some takes weeks
It's an easy fix

Claim transactions are generally responded to within a week. The claim process couldn’t really be any easier. No complaints at this end of the transaction.
