Be aware if you have ongoing therapy…
Be aware if you have ongoing therapy treatment Westfield Health will withhold payment and will insist on you visiting your GP to get a form filled in, the GP will charge for this and Westfield will not reimburse this fee.
They will hide behind their T&C’s but it seems that if you have ongoing therapy treatments then they will do all they can to avoid paying a claim.
