Claim not paid with no chance to appeal
I am very disappointed that some private blood tests I had were not covered. I recently had a biopsy at the hospital that my GP referred me to. The results were clear and it was determined that it was hormonal so was referred back to the GP. My symptoms were and are still ongoing, the GP was not helping so I was recommended to attend a private clinic for hormone tests. The results were abnormal and my GP has since repeated them and the results are even worse than before. Yet you refused to pay for the private tests when I clearly have an ongoing issue for which I am seeking advice from my GP. The clinic is run by medical professionals that also work in the NHS.

I have been a member for at least 50…
I have been a member for at least 50 years.Cheshire county gave every teacher the chance to join and the money was taken from our pay direct to Medicash.
They have never let me down.

Our claim was easy to do after a couple of attempts then we received an e.mail to say received which is good and payment was made with in a couple of days may be the worst part was the receipt it was pretty long and to try a photo do we could send it
