Quick & easy refund process
I had a dental appt at 14:40, uploaded my claim in the very simple app process when I got home. My claim was approved and funds released by 20:40 the same day. Brilliant service!

Simply Health is complicated!
Simply Health hasn't fixed its website problems. I keeps pretending that it accepts digital log in. I've tried this so many times.
But it never works!
I have issues with I. T. and this really irritates me.
There's no SIMPLY about Simply Health. It's complicated.
And it's got worse over the last year.
I used to be able to claim by speaking to a real human on the phone.
That's all gone.
Struggle with our shitty I. T. or go away.
That's the message.

I'm sorry to hear that you're still experiencing issues with our website since the last time I responded to you.
We do still have a dedicated Customer Services team who are available on the phone. Their telephone number is 0370 908 3481 and the lines are open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
With regards to telephone claiming, this was usually only offered to a limited amount of customers such as the blind members who would not have been able to complete a paper claim form. Since we introduced our online claiming functionality, the majority of our customers claim via this method now.
Please email us at customerrelations@simplyhealth.co.uk with your name, date of birth and home postcode. Please also make reference to this review.
We can then look at what your claiming preferences were and when telephone claiming was removed.
Additionally, we can attempt to get you back online in a prompt manner.

The simply health plan
The simply health plan, enables me to have regular check ups in regard to dental and glasses. I change my glasses quite frequently thanks to Simply Health.
The process of uploading receipts is so easy and quick to do, the money is usually back in my account within 48 hours.
I would recommend to anyone, such a good selection of places you can claim money back from.

After years of dental misery under…
After years of dental misery under Cornwalls sadly failing NHS dental service it's a joy to experience prompt and thorough treatment from Truro Dental Care covered and supported by Simply Health dental insurance. After 6 years on this scheme, I can honestly say that at the age of 78, my teeth are in far better condition than they were 7 years ago . The claim was settled within a couple of hours of receiving the treatment, thankyou to everyone who made that possible 😊

Policy holder with Simplyhealth over 50 years
I have been a member of simply health since the 70s newly married and now enjoying retirement both my wife and I have had the best help and service over many years I am now in my eightieth year and my wife is 73 we get help with our dental and optical needs which are very welcome this year I spent two night in hospital for a hip replacement and my wife 20 nights for a serious emergency surgery for gastric problems these payments received. By our policy has really. Helped and the early diagnosis by a specialist her plan paid for I believed help save her life . To day I’ve been informed my latest claim for optical lenses replacement of £181 has been passed for payment and will be paid in a few days my advice to any young family is to join Simply health you will be glad you did

I have asked for help repeatedly and receive generic email replied that show you haven’t read my query properly. It is very unhelpful and means I haven’t yet been able to put a single claim in.

However once I had finally spoke to the adviser. She was very helpful and answered my queries regarding my claim.
