So stressful
Told Simply Switch did not want to switch yet as have just renewed my contract but they went ahead and done it anyway, there information they used was completely wrong. Emailed them but as of yet have had no reply, have left me and my wife so stressed and upset as we are trying to sort it out ourselves but are getting nowhere

Was given incorrect information that has resulted in moving to a move expense supplier and now paying more for my gas and electric. Do not use this people. I have aways looked and switched and this the first and last time I use a company to do it!!! Expensive lesson learned.

If I have one complaint it would be that I have first been notified of my change of suppliers from the new supplier rather that from Simply Switch. Other than than quite happy with their progress.
Very pushy
Very pushy, not content with Internet feedback, keep calling, not impressed. Have better things to do in life, and much more pressing issues to deal with on a daily basis

So simple.
The process was so easy. Saved us both on monthly cost and no charges should we change suppliers in the future.
Recommendation defeats object
They recommended an electricity supplier with out asking what tariff that was on to one charging more per unit without the benefit of economy 7 potentially costing me more each month defeating the object of reducing cost.

Electricity company switch.
I agreed to switch my electricity supplier with U Switch. 2 months later I'm still sending meter reading to my old company and still paying rediculous prices for electricity. P*ss ups and breweries springs to mind.

really nice people and so easy to work with and switched my gas and electric supplier to a great deal in less than 15 minutes, highly recommended
Disappointing
I was very disappointed with this service because my auto-switch took place 7 months before the date Simply Switch gave me as my date of auto switching. I was also not informed in advance. Rather, I suddently got an email from a new supplier with a contract. I found this all very stressful and would not recommend this service.

Suggested switch based on wrong current supplier and would cost £20 more per month than I am currently paying.
I am cancelling the auto-switch arrangement.

Disgusted with them, they managed to persudae an 86 year old man whose wife is in hosital dying to switch provider during an house move. Do you really think he needs a new router? New provider when he cant even type in his WIFI password. You should be ashamed of your selves, simply switch and Orgin broadband you are disgusting and dispicable. Review your sales provess and qualify the need for switching with vunerable and elderly please.
