After getting nowhere with my current provider, and struggling to make sense of the options on the website, I received a phonecall from a Simply Switch advisor who quickly and efficiently found a great deal for me, and arranged the transfer to the new provider with minimal faff.

Taking advantage of the vulnerable
This company called my vulnerable relative, and convinced him to change all of his utilities. Utterly disgraceful. I now have to spend time swapping everything back to the way it was. There honestly should be laws against companies calling vulnerable people who do not have the understanding of such things. It would have been obvious speaking to him, that he was not able to make an informed decision.
