I'm not sure what happened
I'm not sure what happened, it was just hello (MY NAME) and then spiel to help save money...
No i am (their name) from (*******) and then it was like a non-stop voice on the other end, i got a few words in but that was it and before i knew it, i have changed my electricity provider from Npower/E.On Next to British Gas..
Didn't like the method used, as it was far too fast, not explained a lot, i was driving and couldn't concentrate, so in my opinion it wasn't the best customer experience.

I didn’t sign up to switch supplier
I didn’t sign up to switch supplier. The supplier they said I am currently with is 3 suppliers out of date. Will be cancelling the switch straight away.

Very poor, they organised a switch to Virgin bundle for my t.v, internet and sim card but nothing was done and when I spoke to Virgin they said the order could not be processed for the price I was quoted by yourselves,
