Utterly dreadful. You delivered the skip one month early, left it in the way and now are not showing up to collect it. I’m not ready for the skip. I have collectively spent over an hour on the phone waiting to speak to you and then the agents seem to get it wrong. Get your skip off my property!

Ordered a skip only to be told on the day of delivery I needed written permission from my neighbour to put the skip on his land. Have had numerous skips delivered without any questions being asked.

Drop off was easy, ordered the skip to collect on Thursday and never turned up. Had to call to rebook again.

Skip was fine. Staff were polite and friendly. Happy to use again and recommend.

I have used Skip Hire about 4 times in the last year with no concerns. Booked a fifth skip for delivery on Saturday just gone and no skip delivered. No communication, nothing. As its the Bank Holiday weekend we have no way of finding out whats happened until Tuesday and yet our project has started. Such a shame

Good customer service, quick drop off and picked up promptly

Absolutely shocking! Took my money, then emailed saying we don't have any skips that size and won't for the foreseeable future and that was it.
No alternatives offered, no response to my multiple emails back and took ages for the refund.

Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Great service with prompt delivery

Ordered and paid for skip on website, then got a call next day saying the skip will not be delivered. 5 working day refund which put me out of pocket to get another skip from somewhere else

the website was very easy to use to both book the hire and make payment. Delivery was on time, friendly and efficient.

However...
Ordered a skip for delivery on the 15th april. After two phone calls, one at 11am to enquire where the skip was, i was told it was coming urgently.
It arrived around 3pm. I had taken time off work for it.
The skip man then advised he had only 'just been told of the booking', even though i booked a week ago and was told it was urgent at 11am.
The skip man then preceeded to stand and smoke a cigarette on my drive before unloading the skip...
Avoid unless you want to waste an entire day waiting / chasing up your skip.

Well went on line and booked it for the 11th all good then get a message saying can’t do it till the 15th so what’s the point doing it on line so cancelled that and went to batmans skips who helped me out

This is the 3rd time I’ve used SkipHireUK over the last year. I have not been disappointed all 3 drivers were friendly arrived on day I ordered and put skip onto front garden as requested. I will be using again next month. Also collected on day requested.

I have ordered with 288£ and then been contacted for an additional 86£ claiming they advertised it at wrong price. Haven't received yet the payback , still waiting.
