It would seem this Company are no longer in Business. My Security System has never really worked properly and we have not really had any assistance especially since Lockdown 2020. Very bad Customer Service especially as the Security System was quite expensive. Not very professional Company.

This is a superb system. I have total peace of mind when alone in my large home at night. The house is zoned into multiple areas meaning parts of the house can be armed while others are not. It is wireless, so no cables, just discreet tiny sensors. The handy fob is useful for turning on or off the entire system at the click of a button, The app is useful as you can manage your system even if you’re abroad! The other feature I love is the ability to assign unique codes to people needing access to your house while you’re away - great if you have dog walkers or a cleaner etc. Each one has their own code which can be changed or deleted whenever you need to...and only by you.
The system is so well thought out and user friendly that any household will find it a great asset to have. I’m so glad we purchased it.
The company’s customer care has been superlative. We have owned the system for eighteen months now and every time I’ve contacted them they have been accommodating, helpful and clearly have an encyclopaedic knowledge of the system. Have no hesitation in purchasing this superb security system.

I was initially a bit nervous about a digital system but having a home visit form the founder, Simon, who so patiently answered all my questions, I was sold. It's the safest and most effective out there- believe the hype!

We've had this security system since late last year and the customer service the company provides is just amazing. Really top notch. In addition to this, the components of the system have a particularly pleasant aesthetic and once you get the hang of how it all works, you appreciate the nice, user-friendly aspects it all has.

I've had to ask a lot of questions to the team because we had this system installed initially in a house with renovations ongoing and no internet. When you have electricity going on and off, and at points need to remove components of the system for decorating - you're going to need quite a bit of guidance! There's also a fair amount to get your head around at first if you aren't used to having a security system, and the team at Smart Home Security has always been there to patiently hold my hand through it. Alex especially has just been wonderful. When you buy from this company, you receive a very personal, responsive service from start to finish - from sales, to the install, and plenty of support thereafter.

When I was initially looking into getting a security system, I did the usual, looking at the big providers and being quite frightened off by the bad reviews and subscription fees. Smart Home Security is way, way better. There is more upfront cost, but it's our system, no subscription fees and the support is just brilliant. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this system and will do so to any friends looking to get an alarm.

A great system which does a great job and is also aesthetically pleasing - the bonus is that you can control it from anywhere in the world and can even request a video in real time whenever you want. The flexibility and number of options you have for controlling the system is really helpful.

From the moment we meet the Guys in the County Square in Ashford to the point of having the installation of the alarm, they were professional at all times.

Not once was there a hard sell, gave us time to thing things over, not on the phone every 5 minutes chasing us to buy and they had our best interested at all times.

From Simon who came around to show us the system, Alex in the office and Dave when he came to install the system I can not fault them. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We are really pleased with our Smart Security System and feel we now have a real handle on our home security, particularly as we can simply check in on things from anywhere around the world on our mobiles.
We had a slight issue to start with as the sensers needed repositioning slightly and the customer service team were really quick to deal with this responding to my email within 20 minutes! They dealt with the issue promptly the very next morning.
In fact customer service with this company is excellent and I cannot fault it. They are super quick to help you out with any issues in order to ensure you are comfortable with the system and that the whole system is working to it's full capacity.

Everyone from the company have been professional and extremly helpful nothing is too much trouble. I really appreciate the follow up calls I have received and offers of help should I need it.

We purchased our security system from Smart Home Security in December 2018, after looking at other systems and not being impressed by estimates of our needs or their sales techniques. I happened to see a stand at the Kent County Show manned by ex-military and police, being ex-military myself I took a leaflet and forgot about it till November 2018, having not been impressed with the others gave them a call explained I was going on a trip for 8 months to Australia and New Zealand and required a system that I could control from there they quickly arranged a survey of my property and recommended a very reasonable priced system which was explained to me in detail I then compared with other quotes I had received and listened to the reasons why they were so different and it all made sense without lots of sensors in every room! After initial installation I purchased other items to enhance the system to enable control of lighting and heating using the same security system.
After sales service is excellent, as a digital dinosaur I have needed to call them out on a number of occasions all times they have been prompt friendly and helpful solving my problems easily.
I would recommend them to anyone.

After carrying out my own research on countless burglar alarms and their vulnerabilities I came across Smart Home Security. The technology involved to secure your home is second to none. I can only praise the whole team involved in helping me safeguard my home. They were extremely professional and the customer care is excellent; it doesn’t end when you hand over your money like a lot of other companies. Simon came over to carry out an assessment of my home. He was extremely knowledgable. He stood out in particular with his honesty as he explained to me his recommendations for my home. The installation was carried out by Dave. He was tidy and precise in the installation. We have also received excellent aftercare from Alex, who has contacted us making sure we are getting on well with the system and assured us we can contact them at any time if we need. Soon as I bought my house I knew I wanted CCTV, looked online and found these! All reviews are positive so felt I was in good hands. Had appointment to begin with looked at where to position the cameras and how they work etc. Then booked the installation less than 2 week later.
Simon completed the job in no time at all and all hassle free, ensured I knew how to operate and use the app. The quality is amazing and feel glad to have done it with these, worth spending that little extra for a fantastic service!

The system is excellent and easy to use with the reassurance of the app when away from home. Also good to know that it is future proof and additions can be made later if my requirements change. A professional and pleasing experience.We first made contact at a country show as we had been thinking about our home security. The information given was thorough without being to 'pushy' and we arranged home visit. This again was very professional as was the following installation and follow up.The system has been fashioned to our needs and the set up and operation has been very straight forward. All the staff have been easy to deal with and helpful.

Excellent service provided by Smart Home Security. Following a burglary at our home we felt relieved that we could have our alarm installed within a week of the burglary. I don’t believe I would feel safe at home without this alarm. It gives a huge sense of security. It is an investment item for your home. It provides reassurance that I can leave my home and return to find it secure. I would never ever wish anyone to feel how my husband and I did when we were burgled so this alarm system is worth every penny.

After our initial meeting with Simon at the Hylands Park Country Life show, he carried out a thorough survey of our house, quickly identified the areas which needed covering and explained the product to us in detail.
Just over a week later David visited us to install the system and he was equally as professional as Simon. The installation process was quick and clean and, once done, David gave us a tutorial on how to operate the controls.
Finally, we must mention the excellent on-call telephone support from Alex back at base, which we had occasion to use when we wanted to add our son to the control system and couldn’t remember one step.
