As a busy professional I cannot overstate the importance of dealing with a property management team that provides excellent communication, accessibility, and regular check-in. In short, the stress saved by Snellers has been invaluable in keeping me on track in my other ventures. Sophie (Sheppard), in particular, has been invaluable in delivering Sneller's Values.

Sophie Sheppard from Snellers has always been highly efficient in responding to calls and emails. She deals with problems quickly and is always available to help, this makes relationships between landlord and tenant much easier and prevents issues building up. I am very satisfied with the service Sophie has provided on behalf of Snellers.

We rent through Snellers and have had such a positive experience and a great responsive landlord, largely thanks to Kelly Baldwin and her team. She’s always friendly, approachable, and quick to sort out any issues that come up with the property. It’s reassuring to know we’re in good hands, and it really makes a difference to have someone so reliable and caring looking after things. Would absolutely recommend them.

I have a good tenant, who pays the rent on time, so I want to keep them happy. Unfortunately, they are not hesitant about reporting every little detail of "things that need to be done". I am so pleased to have someone like Sophie Sheppard who can sort thins out and keep the tenant happy.

Kelly was excellent in helping us sort our broken washer. We quickly had an engineer come round to look at it, and a replacement sorted very efficiently. She kept in contact throughout and made sure we were informed at every step
