Bought a mower, didn’t last

Bought a mower, barely lasted a year. They sent a replacement that also lasted just over a year. But the “two-year warranty” paperwork that came with the replacement was worthless, as they said the start date for the replacement was the original date of purchase. I have a flat 1/4 acre yard in NE Florida. If a mower won’t last a year cutting my yard, it’s not even worth the admittedly low price. Will never buy one of their products again

I purchased the extended warranty…

I purchased the extended warranty expecting timely support, but the entire experience has been extremely disappointing.

To begin with, I had to follow up multiple times even after the recommended response timeframe had already passed. Eventually, I was told that the issue was not covered under the warranty, but that they would make a one-time exception. However, they then informed me that the required replacement part was out of stock.

Instead of providing a solution, I was placed on a waitlist and told to call back whenever the part becomes available so it could be shipped. When I asked for an estimated timeline, I was told there isn’t one—it could take one month, two months, or even longer.

As a customer who paid extra for an extended warranty, this level of service is unacceptable. An extended warranty should provide confidence and support when issues arise, not endless follow-ups, uncertainty, and indefinite delays. I am still waiting for the replacement part, and my planned work has been put on hold because of this.

The lack of communication, accountability, and any reasonable estimate for resolution has made this a very frustrating experience.

Hidden Lower PSI limit

Two things:
1. The surface cleaner has an important lower psi limit that is only noted in the troubleshooting section of the owners manual! Had this limit been plainly stated, I would’ve known not to purchase the cleaner.
2. I was told that I would receive a full refund minus $14 shipping. In fact ~$30 was deducted.

The hose came off at the source of air…

The hose came off at the source of air at the gun, and you offered no solution to the problem and suggested as if it was a throwaway and there was no way to fix it. I don’t call that good service I was willing to pay for a repair solution, but you had none very disappointed. We discovered it was out of warranty however I would’ve been willing to pay out-of-pocket for a repair solution instead of buying a brand new unit and throwing this one away when it worked perfectly well.

Excellent Customer Service

I purchased a Snow Blower that was taken out of production, Shop Joe gave me credit for the Blower and it allowed me to get other equipment that I can use instead, this was an easy transition and experience.

Out of Stock

Your prompt response is greatly appreciated. I don't understand why some thing as simple as trimmer string for a trimmer that was purchased a year ago can be out of stock. I'm on the waiting list but I don't have much hope that I will receive it this summer.

My SunJoe Pressure Washer broke as part…

My SunJoe Pressure Washer broke as part of regular use. I reached out to the manufacturer with pictures of the broken part. I received a timely reply and was asked for more information. After a few back and forth emails, I have been told that the washer is to be replaced and I should have it within 5 business days. I am absolutely thrilled by the support I have received. Thank you SunJoe, and a huge thanks to Christian Culaba, whose clear communication and timely response has lead us to our very positive outcome!
