Excellent Customer Service

I purchased a Snow Blower that was taken out of production, Shop Joe gave me credit for the Blower and it allowed me to get other equipment that I can use instead, this was an easy transition and experience.

Out of Stock

Your prompt response is greatly appreciated. I don't understand why some thing as simple as trimmer string for a trimmer that was purchased a year ago can be out of stock. I'm on the waiting list but I don't have much hope that I will receive it this summer.

My SunJoe Pressure Washer broke as part…

My SunJoe Pressure Washer broke as part of regular use. I reached out to the manufacturer with pictures of the broken part. I received a timely reply and was asked for more information. After a few back and forth emails, I have been told that the washer is to be replaced and I should have it within 5 business days. I am absolutely thrilled by the support I have received. Thank you SunJoe, and a huge thanks to Christian Culaba, whose clear communication and timely response has lead us to our very positive outcome!

Evelyn and Cebe were fast to reply to my support email and provide directions to troubleshoot my product. Although the troubleshooting did not work, I was provided with a replacement under my warranty.

I was attempting to make repairs on a…

I was attempting to make repairs on a Sun Joe Sox 3000 pressure washer that belongs to a friend. Christopher Culaba returned my call to assist. His instructions were clear. I followed his directions and was successful in getting the machine to operate. Thru his instructions we determined the nozzle that she was using was rusted. He further explained how to clean the fouled nozzle!! Outstanding, outstanding, outstanding!!!! Thank you!!!

Absolutely Awesome Experience

I can’t be more happy with the ease of getting help to solve my problem. Timely responses, urgency and top notch customer service I got from Evelyn Cebe to get me taken care of is greatly appreciated. I have already spoke with both neighbors on the side of me about what happened and how timely I got help. By living in a newly built community there are more than half of us that need a Sunjoe and I am telling all that I speak with about this excellent experience!

Snow Joe update

This review is an update regarding the previous one star rating I gave Snow Joe do to the fact that their customer service did not respond to my concern regarding a failed
garden hose I purchased from them. The update is that after leaving a one-star rating on Trust Pilot I was contacted by Snow Joe within 2 days. After a brief discussion with their customer service they agreed to send me another garden hose to replace the one that had failed. So, first of all I want to give a big thanks to Trust Pilot and secondly, I have to say that I am thankful to Snow Joe for doing the right thing. This replacement I was told is a ONE-TIME REPLACEMENT WITH NO WARRANTY! I'll have to see how this new hose holds up over time. Will update if needed.

SnowJoe Junk Products

I purchased the Snowjoe AQUAJOE garden hose about
a year ago a half ago. At the time we were about to
relocate to another location. I packed away the NEW hose still in it's original package. It was stored in our garage for about a year and a half. We never did relocate as planed. A few days ago I hooked up my NEW hose and all was fine, within two days I went out to do some watering and when I turned on the faucet the New hose was spurting water just below the female end. . I emailed SnowJoe to tell them of my disappointment!!! Have had NO RESPONSE.
Don't waste your money on their JUNK PRODUCTS!!!

I purchased a power washer

I purchased a power washer and could not register it on the website that was listed in the manual. That is the reason for a 4 star plus it took a while to get a hold of customer service. I ended up speaking to Christian Culaba who was super helpful. He did the registering for me and answered questions I had. He was knowledgeable, courteous, listened to my needs and a joy to talk too. I haven't tried the washer out yet but plan on it shortly and will give another review. I would have given a 5 star if I didn't have to wait for someone to pick up or I had a good website to go to. TY to Christian for his wonderful service. The delivery was super fast.
