The solar panels and electrical connection happened much quicker than we were anticipating.
Mikaela, from the office, worked with us to find a system that worked within our budget and kept us informed every step of the way as to timelines and what to expect. 😊
Andrew the electrician is very knowledgeable and explained how the solar system works very clearly to us and had no issue with my thousands of questions on site 😊

Solahart Lismore very helpful
People that I dealt with appeared to be honest and were very helpful when asked. There was a long delay for installation caused by weather and the isolation of the property, and they agreed to absorb some of the extra cost of the delay.

Staff were great/seamless plus back up by Solahart is great.Bit disappointed in Goodwe batteries not yet approved by Amber Energy however that is happening in the future/still undergoing testing I am told. Goodwe a good tested product go figure unlike some of the new products that have been approved.

Brendon, The experience was excellent, but the two panels works well, but three panels would have been excellent. Two panels heat the water, but three pa els heat it much quicker.

Very good company to deal with. From start to finish the quote, purchase and installaion of our new solar panels went well. The panels are working well and the app for the system is easy to use. Had an old solar hot water system replaced
Had an old solar hot water system replaced with a new solar system. Very happy with service so far. At least their representative provided a detailed quote prior to my booking, unlike another company who came and wasted my time and still have not bothered to provide a quote.
