Excellent service, delivered on time, no problems with the items purchased, well wrapped and protected. Couldn’t ask for any better.

Great company and fantastic worktops
Great company, very helpful when I contacted them for advice regarding the worktops before purchasing. No issues with delivery -great communication and arrived on time and carefully packed - just make sure you have strong people available to help unload them as very heavy! Worktops were perfect and exactly as described. Overall great shopping experience from start to finish

Tried to order an item but on phoning to check availability I was told they don't deliver to my area 'Hampshire' so was unable to purchase the item I wanted. Not good for business if the delivery area is that restricted.

We are sorry, we explained the position when the customer called. This was for a sink. We make it very clear on our website that certain items and accessories have post code restrictions on them, this means if an attempt is made it won’t allow the purchase. It is not us it is the distributor on behalf of the manufacturer do not cover the post code provided.
No purchase was made, so we find it incredible to get a one star review when we explained everything over the phone and no order had been placed !

We can only apologise to our customer. The order was received on the 31/07/25 The manufacturer did not inform us that the items ordered had not even arrived, we only found out ourselves today and informed our customer straight away.
This of course is totally unacceptable, we accept that and will take it up with the manufacturers management to try and ascertain what went wrong and ensure this dose not happen again
Once again our sincere apologies.

Thank you very much
Great worktop...
The worktop itself is lovely and the customer service professional. But the delivery let things down a bit – it was heavy items that clearly required two people, yet only one delivery person turned up. It made unloading difficult and could have been a safety issue. A great product overall, just disappointed by the delivery setup.
I am disappointed by your response about the delivery service (you did charge almost £50 for delivery) more than most suppliers, yet help was required. What did I pay for?

The items purchased in this case required assistance, The distribution company acts on behalf of the manufacturer and in this case it was one man delivery. This was very clearly pointed out, both on our website and in emails sent to our customer prior to the delivery day that assistance in this instance is required. Unfortunately we cannot make it any clearer.
Thanks so much for kind review anyway, we really appreciate it.

Excellence from start to finish..
Communications with SSKD were prompt and helpful. They responded to my numerous questions and samples were sent quickly. Ordering online was easy and confirmation was swift and informative. The delivery driver contacted me in advance and was very helpful offloading the worktops which arrived in perfect condition. After sales service was also excellent. I was apprehensive about ordering online (rather than in a shop) but I would definitely recommend SSKD, my purchasing experience couldn't have gone any better!
