The worst company to deal with…
The worst company to deal with throughout my whole home renovation project
Placed 2 orders both times driver never called me when they were here and never received any text messages
Took a day off work to receive this delivery
Refunds are made minus the delivery fee
Really stressful experience.. cheaper than most for a reason
honestly why sell products you can’t deliver yourself.. or maybe ask the driver to be proactive and actually call people instead of texting them when they’re there

Initially this order was placed under a different name but to the same address.
An attempt was made to deliver the items after messages were sent and a phone call made saying our distributors were on the way to the address but there was no answer from the address.
We then received an email saying stating the person was not available and was disabled, hadn't moved to the address yet. They asked us to re arrange the delivery. The customer also notified us that all the emails regarding the delivery day had gone into her spam box!
They then requested that we re deliver, we pointed out there would be a failed delivery charge for a re delivery ( we have to pay this charge to our distributers ) the client then requested a full refund, which we made immediately, minus the original delivery fee. The customer made a complaint and after a few emails we decided to give them this back purely as a gesture of goodwill and given their situation, the refund has also been made.
On the 21/6/25 a new order has been made to the same address under a different name!.
Today 25/6/25 the same has happened again on attempted delivery.
We have proof of phone calls made from the driver and two text messages sent stating that the delivery was iminant! The customer now wants to cancel again. Unfortunately we will have to charge them on occasion for the delivery charge a refund will be made minus the delivery charge.
These items are very heavy and require assistance with unloading, we have made it very clear both on our website and in emails the customer gets with all the information given about the delivery day, we stated that assistance is required.
We use distribution teams that act on behalf of the manufacturer, some of which have two man delivery, others one man to kerbside.
We are sorry our customer feels this way but we can’t make it any clearer we also spoke to the customer on the phone explaining everything.
A one star review we feel is totally unacceptable, we went out of our way to help and have back up of numerous messages emails and telephone calls.
We never like to see an unhappy customer why would we!

From ordering the worktops online to receiving them, the service was really good. They have a vast selection of worktops on their website to suit pocket and taste, so you really are spoilt for choice.
Ordering was very easy and super fast to do. Once completed, they send you updates about your order and when it will be despatched.
Once this happens, the courier service they use also contact you with a time slot for your delivery, which again is a great service.
When the worktops arrived, they were protected with wrapping, so no damage occurred. The worktops are great quality and look the same as the images you see on the website.
From start to finish, a positive experience, I would thoroughly recommend using them.

When I first phoned up to inquire about ordering my worktops , the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the product and quick at responding to any questions I had. Once I had placed my order I phoned up to just check on delivery dates and again to check a few details and was able to get the information that I needed. On delivery day the driver was brilliant he was friendly which made the delivery process very pleasant

Was all set on ordering from this company until I read the delivery info! Please make sure you read it before committing to buying from here. Kerbside only and 1 man! Had to be 2 able bodied people to help the driver unload. I’m paying for delivery, I’m not risking myself by turning into a delivery worker. Never heard something so ridiculous in all my life. Have now ordered from somewhere else that actually provides a proper 2 man delivery service where the poor customer doesn’t have to do their work for them

Yes we make it perfectly clear within our delivery information and delivery area page. We use third party companies who arrange deliveries on behalf of the manufacturers. Most Internet companies offering these products use the same methods. Some of our brands do indeed have two man delivery services others however is one man with assistance required. We find it incredible that we should get a two star review for someone that hasn’t purchased from us. The information was provided as clearly this is why no purchase was made!

We do make it very clear on our website and in all the information we provide in emails regarding the delivery date.
Delivery timescales to Scotland for the particular items this customer ordered can be around two weeks for Southern, Central Scotland and up to four weeks to Northern Scotland, depending on when the order is placed.
We also ask if a customer has a deadline to contact us prior to placing an order, we are then able to check stock and advise accordingly regarding timescale.
We thank our customer anyway for their review.

Missing sample but no refund.
I bought two samples - Pietra and Corelux for £18 in total. Only the Pietra has turned up and been trying to get a refund on the missing sample... I have contacted customer service twice and no response. I did check the postcode and there is nothing on there stating you do not delivery to my area especially as I've received one of the two samples. Not good business practice.....

We do apologise, our sample emails go into a specific folder and due to an error this email looks not to have been picked up, however we can’t see where we have been contacted twice!
Samples are requested from our distributors on behalf of the manufacturers, we do not send them out directly ourselves,
The Pietra sample as our customer states was received, the Corelux sample to the value of £6 is the one that our customer says she has not received.
As a gesture of goodwill, and because the customer had a bad experience, we have refunded both the sample orders to the full value of £18 and apologise for the inconvenience caused.
We will take steps to ensure where possible this does not happen again.

Firstly we are sorry to see our customer left a 1-star review.
Regarding the delivery of this order.
We used third party distributor who acted on behalf of the manufacturers.
Our delivery terms are very transparent: mentioned on the website and in numerous locations including an email which is sent regarding the delivery date clearly stating this.
Copy below is the email that was sent to our customerr prior to the delivery day:
'Essential information as a quick guide. Familiarise yourself with our delivery guidelines:
The delivery person cannot go up or down stairs; clear access must be possible.
Delivery is kerbside for most worktops and heavy items.
Access is required for large vehicles. Please get in touch with us if you have access issues. (In theory, a vehicle the size of a bin wagon must be able to gain access and turn around without issues)
Assistance is required for offloading. Two or more people may be required'
We apologise for any inconvenience but unfortunately we can't make our customer read the email, we do try very hard to explain every detail both in links, emails and on our website.
