We bought a single and are very happy with the quality and comfort of it ! It’s very thick and bouncy and for the price as well, definitely found a steal here. We bought a 2nd mattress for the spare room but chose a small single to see what it was like but decided it was too small and got in contact to do an exchange, the customer service was fantastic and arranged a free exchange to the door service! Really impressed from start to finish, so thank you!!

I ordered a single divan bed just over a week ago and realised that I had in fact ordered the wrong size!
I got in contact with Somniorbeds and asked if they would be so kind as to cancel the order for me, not actually thinking that this could be cancelled at such a late stage as it would involve a lot of extra work.
They came back to me the next day and advised that they had actioned my request.
I would just like to thank Somniorbeds for their excellent customer service. I will certainly be passing on my recommendations. Thank you!

Delivered on time, great company and great mattress but unfortunately I had to return it due to my own problem but that was done easily and with much help.

Highly recommend this business. The bed is of a good quality and lovely finish. Looks far more expensive than it is!

I decided to return my original order due to the size of the bed (I underestimated the space I had available). The business owner was very helpful and arranged prompt collection of my first order and also promptly delivered my new order. The company is also very responsive, all emails regarding the return and new order were responded to on the same day.

Very good customer service. I accidentally order the wrong size mattress and once I realised I contacted Somniorbeds. Within 24 hours I had a reply and extra payment made immediately once payment request received.

They promptly arranged for collection and delivery of replacement mattress.

The error was on my side and they totally understood the issue and resolved it promptly.

I also order 2 extra mattresses for my parents they are also very pleased with the service received.

Quick delivery, wonderful mattress, which due to me ordering the wrong size could not be tested. But looks sturdy and well made. Customer services very helpful. Speedy reply to all emails and arranged return with 48 hours. Have now ordered the correct size and look forward to a decent night sleep. Highly recommend.

Great experience with this company!! Out of very good will they let me return my mattress FREE of charge due to me taking the mattress out of the protective cover it came in. So I highly recommend this company! Great experience.

Excellent customer service from this company, especially from Adam I had a little problem with the delivery and they sorted it out very promptly, I have not had service like this for years, but this company I would definitely recommend as the after care service was 100 % they could not do enough for me, and the bed and base are excellent quality lovely and comfortable, I will be recommending this company to my friends and family. A reputable and reliable customer service. Fast product delivery and prompt responses to messages. Unfortunately I couldn’t use the mattress because my bed was too wide. I look forward to buying right specs with them soon.

Positively surprised with the service and comunication about product and delivery. Have to return mattress and so far happy with service.

Avoid this company at all costs. Recently purchased a mattress via Debenhams. Now trying to get a refund with absolutely no luck whatsoever. Less than week mattress is already sagging and extremely uncomfortable despite offering a no quits 28 day refund policy that is far from the case. Customer service is hopeless and I’m stuck with an extremely uncomfortable mattress. Having done more research the reviews are dreadful from many many customers. Also the delivery team were rude and managed to break ornaments. All in all a really poor experience. I have no choice but to take them to the small claims court to get my refund what a hassle.

Do not buy. This is the worse mattress I have ever encountered. After sleeping on it for one night, I realised that the mattress had sunken. I tried to return it as I feel the mattress was faulty but Somnior would not have it. So I had to donate it to charity, very disappointed that I spent my hard earn money on this rubbish. I only wished I read these reviews before purchasing. I would not buy from this company again!! Would definitely not recommend to anyone.

Absolutely terrible mattress,i bought the midnight orthopaedic double from BQ website.can’t leave a review on there,I had the mattress 2 weeks ,complete garbage.worst purchase I’ve ever made,it just completely flattened as soon as I sat or layed on it .i ended up with terrible back pain just couldn’t sleep on it,so rather than go through all the back and forth grief of getting a refund I’ve donated it to a charity,I’m sure they will get some use from it,I will never ever buy a cheap mattress again,you definitely get what you pay for.i also could not read any reviews coz there’s none on there ,I wish I’d have come on here before buying it then I would of seen it would be a bad buy.mass produced rubbish that obviously care about quantity definitely not quality,if you are a big person do not buy or I promise you will regret it😩😩

Do not buy from this company, they also trade on Amazon as The Bed Centre.
Their products are inferior and they will not honour any guarantee, their customer service is appalling to say the least!

Terrible company and disappointed that Groupon are using the company! Won't be using Groupon again as they don't deal with well respected companies it seems!

I haven’t even got my bed yet and I have had a bad experience already. Kinda scared of what I will receive after reading these…. Ordered a bed on Monday just gone, today is Thursday… called them up to ask where it is they essentially lied and said they are ‘waiting for the delivery company to collect it…’ (trust me they aren’t taking a week to do that) he stressed that it may take till Wednesday (the truth within the lie) I order two things from groupon… the mattress and the frame… the frame came this morning and the bed hasn’t even been shipped (it’s the same company shipping both items so I know he was lying)

I’m assuming it’s a small business run solely for profit and thus he’s waiting till the last possible min so he can send more at once and reduce cost… rather then just be upfront about it….

Purchased a double mattress from
Somnior in July. Hasn’t arrived and efforts to contact this company have failed - no one picks up the phone- shambles !
