Bedframe delivered without assembly kit. Contacted customer service multiple times and informed a replacement kit had been sent out. However weeks later, and the replacement kit has yet to arrive.

The worts company ever. I REPORTED THAT I WANT TO RETURN ON THE SAME DAY, they refusing to take it, but I HAVE 14 DAYS WARANTTY.

Awful company .....avoid them like the plague
Absolutely awful company and terrible customer service. I purchased an incorrect sized mattress and as soon as I opened it, which was only a few days after it had been delivered, I asked to exchange it and they refused. The mattress was unused and with original packaging. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this Company

This company is absolutely dreadful the mattress sunk within a week and massive lumps appeared was like lying on rubble I was in agony this all happened within 3 days
I purchased through groupon as I had purchased a mattress before and it was brilliant I got excuse after excuse asking for pictures then more pictures I eventually said send someone up at my expense to look at the mattress if I am wrong
Groupon messed me around as well and said the 28 days were up ( no they weren’t )
Then nothing for a while so I contacted PayPal who are reviewing the case
I asked groupon on a few occasions why can’t I leave feedback groupon offered me another mattress why in this world would I want another it’s honestly the worst mattress I have ever purchased agony doesn’t cover it and sagging at the side and middle after a week ...
I asked for a refund if you can offer me another mattress you can give me a refund and come take this mattress away again I asked why can’t I leave feedback groupons response was “ ticket closed “ bad business goodbye groupon

What a load of rubbish
This company and its products specifically a mattress is terrible. We got a mattress that sunk, reported that within a week, no reply. Groupon advised we missed the return policy of 14 days. We explained the vendor is not responding and we have evidence of our emails to them. Eventually we got a replacement mattress, 12 weeks later, within a week it sunk again. They tried to then blame our bed frame after viewing pictures, which is a solid wood frame. We reported the fault again, and all we are getting is that we can not return as the item has been unpackaged blah blah blah. They keep repeating the same response, we have lost count. Such a bad company, plus we don’t understand why they replaced the mattress previously if their policy is not to. They have sold us a poor quality product and now making excuses. DONOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, it’s as if you are talking to a wall, they have no interest to resolve. Groupon have again stepped in. Absolutely ridiculous.....AVOID
