We ordered a bespoke Loveseat in Capelo Sea Salt from Sophie Conran, and we absolutely love it! It’s beautifully made, and the fabric is simply gorgeous. Nadia and Melanie were fantastic from start to finish - helpful, reassuring, and incredibly accommodating. They even arranged for us to visit the workshop so we could see the sofa and fabric in person before placing our order. I highly recommend their services!

I am absolutely delighted with my purchase of the Four Champagne Flutes with Lens Design & the Six Champagne Saucers with Gold Rims by The Vintage List. Both sets are stunning- the flutes bring a refined vintage charm with their beautiful lens detailing, while the gold-rimmed saucers add a timeless elegance to any occasion. Each piece is beautifully crafted and a joy to use. The flutes enhance the experience of enjoying champagne, and their unique style has drawn many compliments from my guests.

The excellent service provided by Sophie Conran customer service team especially Nadia and Aivie made the entire experience even better. A special thank you to both of you and the entire support team for their dedication and efficiency in ensuring my order was delivered on time and beautifully packaged with care, reflecting the same level of quality as the glassware itself.

I bought a fabulous Coco 3.5 sofa in Kitty Spring green from Sophie Conran. Fabulous customer service great men who delivered the sofa putting it exactly where I wanted it and removing all packaging . I love the sofa so comfortable and beautifully made.

Great service and follow through. Had an issue where the fabrics in which I ordered my sofa were out of stock, which I was not informed about until a few months into the process, but the team worked to problem solve and send me a spare cover until the fabrics came back in stock.

Excellent customer service following receipt of an incomplete order.

Really positive experience with Sophie Conran’s team getting a Coco 2.5 seater. The team was very helpful advising on cushion filling, the delivery team was very professional and courteous, and Melanie called to check in to ensure everything was great. Extremely comfortable and high quality, we are thrilled with it.

I ordered two Coco 3.5 seater sofas and am delighted with them. The quality seems excellent and they are extremely comfortable. Nadia was incredibly helpful throughout - from helping me place my order through to communicating delivery times. The whole experience was excellent.

Comparatively Low quality products - made to make money not to be the best. Trading off the Conran name. It’s ok for the price, but don’t think you’re getting a bargain or top level goods.

Just took delivery of our 3x3 corner sofa. Nadia was a pleasure to liaise with throughout our experience. Nothing was too much trouble, from viewing a sofa in their London apartment, to help choosing the right fabric. It's super comfy and the entire family love it, including our little dog!

My experience purchasing a Sophia with Sophie Conran was excellent. Nadia did a wonderful job of shepherding me through the process of making my selection and ordering. When I reached out about the creation of the sofa taking longer than we anticipated, Nadia responded super quickly and found out why. She then kept me in the loop through the rest of the process. Delivery went smoothly! I would definitely recommend the sofa. It feels so luxurious and is well made.

Order never arrived. I have been chasing for months and they are no help whatsoever. Will not send a replacement or a refund. Scam.

UPDATE: They are still refusing to replace or refund despite the promise below and are trying to fob me off on their delivery company.

From first contact with the company to the delivery of the sofas, ( we purchased two) our experience was terrific!
I would highly recommend these Sofas, The weight of the cushions to the feel of the fabrics is all top-notch!

Coco the Orange Sofa has arrived to the enormous delight of my wee dogs and me.
Nadia, who had been dealing with my order, was amazing. Her communication was second to none as we had a delivery issue. All resolved and one very happy customer here.

I am extremely disappointed with the Sophie Conran Online Shop. My order was cancelled three times, each time citing that the items were no longer in stock. After my first order was cancelled, I noticed that most of the items I had ordered were still listed as available online, so I placed the order again. It was cancelled once more.

This all happened within a two-week period, and it appears that if even one item in your order is unavailable, the entire purchase gets cancelled. The same thing happened a third time: the order was cancelled, yet the items still showed as available online.

This is both disappointing and extremely unprofessional. This is not the level of service I expected, and I will not be shopping here again.

I ordered for the first time during the sales and 5 days later received an email telling me I'd been refunded. A few hours later an email arrived from customer services to tell me that due to an issue none of the items I'd ordered were available and to "have a lovely day".
The fact that the fault lies entirely with the company and now I'm left without any of the items (presents for teachers incidentally which I'm now having to race around trying to replace) has resulted in me being left totally disappointed and let down. There was no attempt to rectify this, no offer of anything, no goodwill, nothing. Just sorry and have a lovely day. This was the first time I'd ordered from the website and my husband and I very nearly purchased the yellow striped sofa but I'm so glad we didn't because if I'm spending that sort of money I need to know that the company is reliable and responsive to customers' concerns. Really disappointed. And I should add that I really enjoy the little newsy updates, recipes etc. that are sent out. But I think in some ways this just makes my disappointment more acute because I'd expected so much more.
