Had the best experience with the customer service team (thank you Nadia!) who was incredibly helpful and kind, and the delivery team were lovely too. Absolutely thrilled with my gorgeous yellow sofa, it's a ray of sunshine in my sitting room - and super comfy!

I've adored the style of Sophie's sofas for over a year now. Nadia has been corresponding with me for many months, as I moved and needed a new sofa for my snug. I fell in love with the look and they look so cushy and comfy, and the manufacturing of them is the highest quality, which guarantees my daughter would probably inherit the piece!

I'm in the US, which has created a little crinkle in my purchase. The cost is quite elevated to purchase for over here, but I do hear that there is a possibility a Sophie shop will be opening in the States in the near future.

I ended up not purchasing for now because it was easier and less money to purchase a comparable sofa from my local designer shop. The one I bought here has the good bones, but not the beautiful, comfortable, casual style of the Sophie sofa I wanted.

And, please, I especially want to give a shout-out to Nadia, who has stuck with me the whole journey on deciding whether I was going to purchase a Sophie sofa. She has been patient, extremely informative (knows her craft well), and is such a lovely person. I hope to meet her in person someday!

The entire process of purchasing our sofa was customer service excellence. Nadia sent fabric samples immediately and organized an expedited delivery of our piece. The team that delivered the sofa was professional and made sure every pillow was perfect before leaving. When we needed to change the seat cushions, Nadia jumped on a video call to make a recommendation and had new cushions sent asap. The sofa itself is beautifully made and beyond comfortable. All around great experience!

I can’t thank Nadia and Sophie Conran enough for such wonderful service. We live in ohio, USA but the distance is never a problem. Nadia always call and make sure everything is ready for us from start to finish. I feel very comfortable ordering from Sophia Conran even though we don’t live in the UK and will order from them again in the future. The couches and pillows are beautiful🥰

I can honestly say that from start to finish we had the best experience when purchasing our beautiful three seater sofa. We were able to view the sofas at the private showroom and feel the different feather contents and fabrics so we knew exactly what we wanted when we ordered. Our sofa arrived on time and I am so happy with it, it really is the most comfortable sofa I have ever owned.

From my initial enquiry about a sofa I had very friendly, efficient and helpful service. Also very helpful in allowing me to have the sofa in my own choice of fabric. It arrived within 5 weeks of ordering, which was quicker than I was expecting. It was delivered at the time stated by 2 extremely friendly people. I did make a return using Royal Mails Track and Trace service. It really was worth the extra money to do this.
