Joel dealt with my claim. He made what is usually a stressful experience enjoyable. His interpersonal skills are exactly what someone in his role needs to manage difficult and sometimes contentious situations. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

I must say their communication is good and their staff are polite on the phone. They respond to emails promptly and it wasn't too difficult to reach them on the phone.

Based on the reviews, I really didn't trust the repairs would be done well so used an Audi approved repairer which had been highly recommended to me. I had to wait for about a week for Sopp and Sopp to approve the repairs which wasn't too bad.

They did also arrange for a courtesy car which was provided via V Mobility. V Mobility terms refer to an excess of £750 or £1000 and when I complained about this to Sopp and Sopp, they agreed to waive the excess which was good. I also didn't think the courtesy car being offered was a like for my car and they agreed to move me to the category above.

I could have gone via my insurance, but using Sopp and Sopp helped me avoid the headache of trying to get my excess back from Morrisons whose driver had damaged my car. Overall, pleasantly surprised about my experience with Sopp and Sopp.

We had a great experience and great support, in particular from Joel who did a great job for us! We would highly reccomend.

I would like to provide some positive feedback about Joel, who contacted me regarding the damage to my car caused by a TfL London bus.

Joel explained all the possible options available to me for having my car repaired, as well as the arrangements for a replacement car while mine is being repaired. He was very clear, professional and easy to understand.

I also really appreciated his positive attitude and good energy throughout the conversation. He made what could have been a stressful situation feel much easier and gave me confidence that the matter could be dealt with properly.

No help what so ever. Their driver crashed in to my parked bike and it’s taking them over a month to access the damages. Scammers no help what so ever. When confronted about why they are taking so long they hang up the phone. Scum bag company.
