In making a claim he smoothed out the whole process's. A good representative of the company, if only others could take note!

​Extremely disappointed with the service from sopp & sopp. I was under the impression that everything was completely in hand and sorted. However, when I contacted the repairer on the actual day my car was due to go in, I was shocked to be told the repair had been cancelled altogether.
​No notification, no update, and absolutely no communication from sopp & sopp to let me know. I feel completely mislaid by the company. Total breakdown in service. 1/5 stars.
