Source Wood Floors Reviews

First timer buying wood floor. I had no idea what I wanted. I ordered samples. They were all wrong as in I picked the wrong colours and type. Spoke to the loveliest, most helpful person called Sarah who was very helpful and she sent me more samples. Long story short, I now have a beautiful new wood floor I love.

Our contact with the company, Sharon, was extremely helpful to us with regard to finding the product of our choice, arranging delivery on the day of our choice, and being aware of the necessities of budget.
As a result we have a superb new floor for our new home, at a price we could afford, and would recommend this company.

Although I didn't purchase from SWF in the end, a lady called Sharon was more than helpful and patient with me. Competitive prices and quality products. Would recommend!

I had amazing customer service from Sharon from day one when I was looking for samples, choosing one changing my mind , pre delivery, delivery to return some boxes. Sharon was over and beyond and made all that process easy. The flooring itself looked amazing after installing it

Brilliant service and delivery. Highly recommended.

Fast and professional service. Highly recommended!

Lovely ladies on the telephones .. great service.. would recommend 100%

Great quality of product, fair pricing and friendly customer service.

An impressive selection of wooden flooring (we were able to match to some existing) with helpful service and speedy delivery - so all great! Thank you

Source Wood Floors were very professional from the start. Sharon was very helpful sending us a selection of flooring until we found the right one. Very happy with the result and would happily recommend them.

Fantastic customer service.
They care about your order and time line

Great customer service. Sarah was super helpful.

I’ve used this supplier before and they don’t disappoint. Oak floor was just what I was looking for. Sharon in customer service was really helpful and told me about discount I wasn’t aware of. Delivery was quick and efficient

First class customer care and service provided by the team. Sarah especially always available to help with any query. Thank you!

Brilliant customer service. Sarah was so helpful and very quick to reply. Unfortunately the flooring we were originally looking at was out of stock but Sarah was able to suggest an alternative. Quick delivery.

Dealt with Sharon and Sarah to order wooden flooring throughout my family home in South West London - a combination of herringbone and flat planks. I went for v4 flooring, Source Wood was the best price by and could supply the v4 wood quicker than any other supplier (from what I could personally ascertain). They were also strongly recommended by the director of the large v4 floorings showroom who do not sell directly and are entirely agnostic. The service end to end was faultless. I needed to order more at several points of the project to support the cadence of getting to exactly how we wanted (I.e. adding flat plank edging on the herringbone) and the end to end project was handled by Sharon who was knowledgeable, supportive and helped me coordinate my project to its completion. Sarah supported on transactions and underpinning the commercials. I will not hesitate coming back to Source Wood and asking for Sharon to support my next project.

We were presented with a problem in that we needed a relatively small quantity of flooring as part of project to remove a partition wall in our house.

The supplier, who fitted our original floor, showed great reluctance to help us out and Source Wood Floors ((Sharon in particular) came to our rescue.

The attention to detail and great care they took to find what we needed was wonderful. Then the effort that Sharon put in to get it delivered to us and ensure a 3 metre length ramp arrived in one piece was very much going “the extra mile”

Top class people and customer service 😀👍

Sharon was very helpful, able to answer my questions . Product easy to install, very impressed with the tog insulation.

Fantastic service all round, I can't really fault source floors for the end to end service I received, thanks to Sharon and Sarah for all their help in choosing the right floor and care and attention right through to delivery.

I chose to buy from this company mostly owing to their helpful staff. They were able to answer all my questions and offer advice over the phone. They kept me informed of delivery timing and although something went wrong (the wrong underlay was delivered) this was immediately sorted with one phone call. Also I was never put on hold or held in a queue! The website was also very helpful as there are sections with advice on various aspects of wooden flooring.
I cannot yet comment on the final result as I am still waiting for my builder to come and lay the floor but it looks good so far.
