I have used Sparking Direct for client gifting for two years and they have always delivered on time to a variety of UK addresses.
The ordering process is quick and easy and it saves some of your information so multiple orders to different addresses from the same sender are easy to do. And you get a single invoice which is a godsend!!! I did make a mistake on one and they emailed me with a fix within 30 minutes - and that was at 6.30am!!!! Great company to deal with!!

Ordered birthday present nearly two weeks ago, scheduled for it to arrive a day before her birthday. I was never given any tracking information and when I searched the order number on website it stated it didn’t exist. Finally, the birthday date went by and I called to enquire and said they would send out a replacement and latest it would arrive is Monday (today) and it has still not arrived and no one is answering the customer service line. Would not recommend if you actually want your loved one to get their gift on time

A Birthday Bottle of Bollinger ordered for delivery on the Dec 4th for my recently widowed Step-Mum. No delivery was made due to the courier not finding the address (even though in the middle of a town and v easy to find) - not Sparkling Direct's fault, but they didn't reply to any of my emails and didn't follow up until the 11th, a full week after the delivery was due. It is now the 12th Dec and after promising yesterday they would send out a replacement for today - but nothing has arrived for my Step-Mum and no tracking info emailed through.

Disappointing for special occasions and poor Customer Service when something goes wrong. Still waiting for a response and money to be refunded.

After trying to place an on line order with sparklingdirect, I was having a problem getting my payment to be accepted, which after the really bad storm we have just had, which disrupted our internet, I really wasn't surprised, so, I rang them and was really pleased that the lady who I spoke to went out of her way to help me complete the order. As we were still having problems, she sent me details on how I could make my payment, and details of their account etc. A few messages later and my order was completed. So helpful, and friendly, I would definitely use them again.

The fact you were able to give a delivery date and it arrived on date chosen. Content not tried will be a Christmas gift, but looks promising, as if Gordon’s Gin does ever not!
