We live in Brisbane Australia and our good friends in England where about to celebrate their Golden Wedding Anniversary. We wanted to send them a gift for the celebration which would arrive on the day. We couldn't rely on post from Australia getting there for a specific day. We found Sparkling Direct on the internet, the gift hampers looked great so we gave them a try.
The communication from Sparkling was terrific. We where kept informed from the time of the order with updates along the way. We were informed when the hamper left the depot, exact delivery time and again when delivery was completed. I made the order for my dads birthday.
Im in Spain and did the order the day before his birthday a little worried but I have been pleasantly surprised with the service overall, the hamper arrived safely,..I didnt have a time slot so wasnt sure when It would be delivered . They use DHL which you can check the updates of the delivery ,really good service .
Fingers crossed he enjoys the wine and its a good one . I didnt get the offer of a time slot however it left the warehouse at 7:45am and arrived around 1-2pm as they left It at the neighbours . Would use again

Placing the order was easy and flowed nicely on the screen, showing where you were on the process.
