Very good, done well

Absolutely brilliant service, sent 4 pairs for repair, they updated the request as I'd picked gold and it wasn't deemed necessary, all 4 set of glasses look brand new. And they were incredibly fast.

Sent in pics of broken glasses, immediately received quote back confirming Gold Service would cover repairs. Sent glasses on the Monday had them back on the Friday, same week, delivered by DHL and insured - peace of mind.

Very pleased with the repair and reconditioning of the glasses - haven't stopped wearing them since getting them back. My local opticians said glasses hinges were unrepairable. Spec-Care worked their magic resulting in my £400 prescription glasses being brought back to "like new" in terms of fit and function. Highly recommended.

Extremely pleased with the service I received. I filled in the enquiry form, completed it and sent it back. Received a quote very quickly, price was reasonable so sent off my glasses. Within two days I received my glasses back, mended. Fast efficient service. Job well done. Would highly recommend.

Overall very good - I did have one small problem but it was fixed free of charge although I did have to pay for postage.
Added 03/04/25 - However I have today received a refund for postage so great service and 5 stars

I managed to break my glasses snapping the left handle. I first noticed just how highly rated Spec-Care are on Trust Pilot so I decided to try the service.
Speedy customer service response requested details on the problem then advised on the cost of repair,
The repair was excellent and the tracking service as I awaited their return was comforting.

The original manufacturer of my sunglasses could not repair the broken nose bridge and were very unhelpful. I sent them off to be repaired and they came back looking excellent a week later.

Excellent. I was very impressed with the whole experience from start to finish. Very efficient service. I would highly recommend Spec-Care and would definitely use again.

Initial repair was poor, with the glasses arriving back to me more broken than when they left. BUT upon being contacted the company were extremely apologetic and asked me to send them back again. The second repair was then carried out by senior personnel and the glasses returned fully operational. My payment for repair was also refunded in full, so all it actually cost me was the price of sending by special delivery (twice). I held off on review until the situation was resolved and would now recommend the company for glasses repair

Had a pair of Twiggy Aurora glasses from Specsavers which the arm broke off. Glass frame now obsolete & Specsavers said couldn't be repaired even though the lenses were super digital they were not compatible with any other frame. I googled & found this company. Sent photos & received an invoice for work to be undertaken - Gold service. Sent glasses by registered on a Thursday & got back the following Tuesday by DHL which could be tracked. Really pleased with quickness & quality of work. Will be using again for my other glasses. So pleased that I have recommended to my friends & work colleagues.

Excellent service both in terms of the quality of the repair and the speed of postage. My frames were very expensive so I gave some thought concerning repair versus replacement. I am very pleased that I chose the former. They look as new!
