WHOSE BAD ? This was not the experience I hoped for.
I dont know I ended receiving an empty box three days late. A neighbour then put the glasses scratched into my letterbox. Horrendous. Spec Care refunded the postage.

Would 100% recommend to family & friends
It was so quick & easy - from posting my glasses off they were back fixed within 5 days. I had very expensive Gucci prescription varifocal glasses had nearly paid £500 for them & then just over a year later the arm fell off. Told at Optcians mothing they could do to fix them. Posted them to Spec-Care & they are now fixed & as good as new. Would 100% recommend to family & friends.

What a great service and value.
What a great service.
I broke the arm on my ancient sports prescription sunglasses which I've had for nearly 30 years.
I came across spec-care by chance and as I was going to Cornwall on holiday, I dropped them off at Exeter on the way.
I spoke to Rob who showed me the arms they would use to replace the broken ones and discussed how they would use the old arms to make sure the bend was in the right place.
I've now received my sunglasses back and what a brilliant job. I'm more than happy. This has literally saved me £100s on a new pair.
