Not a good experience
Item was listed as in stock, but a day after the order I recevied an email telling me that it was not in stock and a refund issued.
Never got a refund or a reply to my email, so I had to go through Paypal to get my money back.
After all this, the same item is still listed in their site as "in stock"!
In defence of sprockets.
Recently I have made 2 purchases from sprockets - both quite hard to find items. Ok, there's no email confirmation, but none was promised. Both were excellently priced and arrived in good time, together with a discount voucher. No problem at all.

This company has almost equal numbers of 5 and 1 star reviews with not much in between, if I had not made a mistake with the first order I would be giving them a good review but I guess it is how they deal with problems that shows what a company is really like.
I ordered some sprockets, which arrived quickly, but turned out to be the wrong ones. I then emailed to ask if I could send them back and get a refund, I got a prompt reply saying that I could. So I did this and ordered the correct ones, which also arrived quickly; the refund however has not and they are not replying to my email neither to acknowledge receipt, or not, of the items nor to refund me.
So in the end I have the sprockets but they have cost me double and the company have stolen my money, so I can't really recommend them.
Seems ok so far
Placed an order on 14th Dec '24 but got no email confirmation - I did find it in my Junk folder so that's a watch out for anyone not getting them. Paul did ring me back and has confirmed that it will be sent out. I'll update when I receive the order.
What a headache
They billed me on December 1st and I canceled right away requesting a refund the next day since I never used their service. They denied my refund, wow, now I will have to dispute this with my bank, what a headache :/
No refund received for incorrect part returned
I ordered a chain ring from this company, but the item received was not as advertised. I asked for a refund and they were very quick to supply a prepaid returns label. However, the refund never materialised. Initially they stated that they were very busy and would fast track the payment, subsequent requests for a refund went unanswered. I would advise everyone to avoid doing business with this company.
No issues
I've seen the negative feedback but in the interests of balance, here's my positive feedback. Great price on long reach Tektro brakes that are hard to source outside of Japan for some reason. Sprockets sent them quickly using 24 hour mail, well packaged, all as expected. This was buying from their website.
I had previously ordered the silver version from their Ebay store before realising they had black on their website. I cancelled the Ebay order, received the refund straight away, and got through to them on the phone easily to explain the change to the order.

This company is scam
This company is scam, they do not ship items. They make fake claim that the delivery company miss placed the item and they will offer you a refund, whilst they make claim against the delivery company.
Then you press and press and they become aggressive as you have sussed them out.
Wrong product sent
Wrong product sent. Contacted 2 times already with no reply. Just want to send this back and get a refund. I had to escalate this with the payment company and hopefully I will be able to sort it out. 0 customer service.

Excellent product and customer service
I had a custom built bike from Sprockets which has worked flawlessly. Recently I asked for some upgrade work to be done ahead of a cycle holiday. This was executed in good time and the set-up was faultless.
On a few occasions I've made requests for various parts etc and have always been pleased with their can do attitude.
Avoid at all Costs.
Terrible Company, Made no attempt to fulfil order. In fact I think they've likely gone bust and are just using the website to generate cash on small purchases that people either give up on or dont bother getting refunds.
I had to go to Amazon Pay to get my money back. No communication from Sprockies at all. Don't trust this company and this person. I've heard they've had businesses go bust in the past.
No good experience
No good experience. Things didn't work from beginning to end. They don't care enough: item had been shipped before open issues were solved; shipping to wrong address; item went back and after all I had to pay the useless shipping 100%.

I ordered couple of products from Europe and they said they shipped but it being shipped for 30+ days. When I checked the tracking number it’s still in UK after 30 days!!! I sent emails, 1 automatic reply and nothing more… should have checked the reviews before ordering

Within 24hrs it was delivered to me. Paul did what he said, when he said & certainly when the extra mile. Personally 👁 wouldn’t hesitate using Sprockets again

Think I’ve been swindled too…..made an order on the 16th December and still not received it. They’ve taken my money though!! No one has returned any of my emails from the website and there isn’t a phone number so no other way to make contact…..convenient!!! Twitter account has been suspended and Facebook can’t find an account.

I think I've been swindled. I ordered a brake hydraulic line with Campanolo, but the website says it was delivered on December 9th, but he hasn't even given me the invoice number, and the product still hasn't arrived. I sent him an e-mail twice, but there was no reply.
Deceitful and Dishonest
Do not use this company - I ordered a Continental tyre from Sprockets.uk.com on 21 July on the basis that the description stated clearly that delivery would be via the Royal Mail 48hr service.
On 26th July (yes, 5 DAYS LATER!) I received an email update stating erroneously - or, more likely, deliberately dishonestly as no tracking information was supplied (and given the sheer volume of reviews on Trustpolot from other buyers who have reported an identical experience - any company which is given a single star for service by 48% of people who use it should be shut down)) that the order had been 'Shipped'.
Despite having left a voice message on the phone number on their website and emailed to demand Sprockets either deliver or cancel and refund my order by yesterday as is my statutory right - as well as a right provided by their online payment processor, Stripe (who also require them to.operate a telephone number they actually answer), there has been no response and it is now 2nd AUGUST.
I will now be taking action involving their local Trading Standards officer, multiple other organisations - including Continental Tyres as if Sprockets are an official distributor
clearly they shouldn't be, and the police if necessary as there appear to be grounds for suspecting the owner of this company is engaging systematically in card fraud by taking money from customers with no intention to deliver on orders. Indeed, I will also be ensuring Stripe are aware of the 50% (or thereabouts) of other reviewers on Trustpilot who have written about almost identical experiences with this company, and will ask Stripe publicly, if necessary, why they are enabling the owner of Sprockets to fraudulently misrepresent products online and as appears to be the case with me, enabling him to steal money that does not belong to him by providing him with a card payment processing service at all.

Great service, price and product
The rubber strap snapped on an excellent front light I bought from Halfords. Halfords couldn’t supply a replacement, but I found a similar Lezyne one, via eBay from Sprockets. Ordered and delivered in two days and it fits! Great service, price and product. I’ll go directly to Sprockets in future.
