Good but……
Good but…… everything fits together very well, and there was a pleasant amount of parts pre assembled compared to what I’d be supplied by joinery shops (I’m a carpenter) be prepared though, it’s the knottiest lowest quality softwood I’ve ever worked with. The stairs took so much prep before de oration it was ridiculous

Damaged stairs
Sent 2 emails straight away about a damaged oak staircase that had been filled poorly. Still no reply in 2 weeks.
Annoyed they have attempted to fill oak stairs and done it poorly

The Company is great to deal with
The Company is great to deal with. Very helpful staff when we needed help with the design of the staircase and balustrade. The delivery was on time and the delivery driver was very helpful. The staircase itself is terrific, very robust and was easy to install. The only issue we had was on the website, where we could not trace orders, but it was easily resolved via a telephone enquiry

Good Experience
Good Experience, great service, good quality and arrived on time. Amazing transformation at a reasonable price. Only challenge for a couple of DIY Amateurs was getting the correct measurements for the angles.

Incorrect products delivered
Incorrect products delivered - 1 x wrong sized glass panel, and 1 newel post missing. Not identified till period later when joiner came to install.
No delivery note received with the goods, so not possible for the home owner to check off the goods.
