I’ve been using Starck Uberoi solicitors for a few years now. They have solved every issue I’ve had in a timely manner and with very reasonable fees. I highly recommend them.

All the staff I dealt with were very helpful and patient as I was dealing with something I had never done before.

We had a very disappointing experience with this firm while they were supposed to be handling our lease extension.

From the start, it felt like they lacked the necessary knowledge and experience. Rather than proactively managing the process, they repeatedly asked us to gather information that a competent solicitor should normally obtain themselves. It often felt like we were doing the legwork while paying them to represent us.

Communication was also extremely poor. Emails we sent were clearly not read properly, as we were asked the same questions multiple times despite already providing the information. This caused unnecessary delays and frustration throughout.

The reception staff were also rude and unhelpful on several occasions, which made dealing with the firm even more unpleasant.

Eventually, due to the lack of progress and confidence in their ability to handle the matter, we decided to cease instructing them. Despite the fact that no meaningful work had been completed, they attempted to bill us for the exact amount remaining from our initial deposit. We had to send a firm and assertive email before they finally returned our deposit.

Overall, the experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Exceptional service from this firm with regard to the sale of a property which was far from straight forward. The entire firm from reception onwards were friendly, professional, great value for money being completely transparent with fees and always responded in a timely way. Saneh and the team provided fantastic service with an approachable manner which made the whole process much less stressful. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would most certainly use this firm again for any legal matter that I needed in the future.

Dealing with Saneh and her team who were super helpful and efficient in managing the sale of our late mother’s house. It was not a straight forward process because of our buyers who amongst other issues had to change solicitors mid way and we required a land registry restriction lifted but we trusted Saneh who dealt with all queries very professionally and in a timely manner.
