We have just completed on our Help To Buy repayment with the help of Punika and Neha. They have been professional, flexible and especially fast in making sure we could meet our very tight deadline. We were very impressed especially as we have recently had a very negative experience with another solicitor. We will no doubt use Stack Uberoi again when we come to sell our property!

I used their services for the redemption of my Help to Buy, and worked with Punika, who was excellent throughout the process. She clearly explained everything over the phone at the start, and kept me updated regularly as things progressed. Punika was diligent and completed everything within the timeframe she initially gave me. The whole process took around two and a half weeks, with very competitive fees and excellent service overall.

We successfully completed on our sale on the 31st of March and that was thanks to the power house of Mehek Arora & Jaslin Jathoo. Our sale encountered incredibly non communicative solicitors on the opposite side which was really exasperating the process. Throughout the process both Mehek and Jaslin maintained complete competence, confidence and resilience to deal with what was a very challenging situation. People often complain that solicitors do not respond enough or are difficult to get hold of. At every stage even when I was pretty deflated both these professionals ensured they were informative and communicating with me and my partner. Legal matters can often be daunting but their reassurance coupled with their hard work made all the difference. Instruct them without hesitation!

Yes, they were good when they were getting paid, which wasn't cheap.
But now I need to contact them to trace a missing insurance document they just ignore you.
Such a shame.
