they were easy to contact to talk about renewing my car insurance & i took their advice as to what to add to it.

I purchased insurance just over a week ago and I have been inundated with emails from your company. I don’t need them! This morning there were two and that’s by 0900 this morning. STOP!!!

I sent proof i had 4 years no claims they rejected it a day after the 14 grace period and then charged me a £150 admin fee to adjust the policy even so i messaged straight away they sneak fee.

this was an easy change from another insurance company and the whole process was swift and hassle free.

My previous car insurer changed to an underwriters with an upper age limit, but only told me three weeks before renewal.
I had to enlist the help of BIBA to get quotes. Sterling Insurance made a very fair offer, followed up with a very streamlined efficient online acceptance procedure. The portal accessible to me for all documentation, and communication, is particularly welcome and useful.

She took the time to review my existing policy, look at the quote I’d received online and then offer me an even better renewal price, with exactly the cover I was looking for.

Tina was friendly, professional and extremely helpful throughout. It was refreshing to deal with someone who listened to what I wanted and genuinely made the effort to help.

After a month of having a policy with them they needed more documents that we provided few days later our policy was closed and a week later we owe them £240 with no explanation why
