Having trawled Chester for a new suite, we finally came to Stokers and honestly we could not be happier.
Steve Wood was great. He listened patiently, understood what we needed, took us through several options and diligently helped us choose what was exactly right for us.
And boy they do have a lot of options to suit every price point. But it is the quality of products they provide and the careful service they offer that separates Stokers from everyone else.
Sure you can pay less ... and end up half as happy. But if you want quality at the right price go to Stokers and ask for Steve Wood. He really will serve you right!!

Joe Tudor in the bed dept explained all te different beds & took the time with us

We went into Stokers Chester to purchase a new divan bed set. We were attended to by Joe Tudor who was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He explained about the various mattresses and their structure. We bought a new Harrison Spinks set which we wanted to replace our existing one. After Joe’s input we purchased an upgrade on our present bed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Stokers and in particular Joe Tudor.

We wanted to buy a superking bed with a good quality mattress. Joe Tudor at Stokers gave us the facts we wanted to know and was courteous and efficient. We had been to two other stores and didn't feel the sales people were as knowledgeable or professional

Superb display, advice and support from Joe Tudor who has contacted us to update and confirm that delivery will take place as scheduled. Joe inspires us with confidence.

Visited the Chester store excellent choice. Scott Dupree was very helpful and knowledgeable pleasure to deal with now just awaiting delivery of my new sofa. Would thoroughly recommend and use Stokers Chester again in the future

The staff are all very helpful . Joe Tudor helped us in bed choices and was patient with us as we tried to narrow down our choice.

She was welcoming, friendly, patient and knowledgeable answering our many questions. We did spend a long time in the store with such high quality products to choose from. A pleasant experience. We have shopped at Stokers many times and always find the service to be excellent and professional. Mike Williams has served us before and yesterday again he was "5 star".

I visited Stokers showroom in Chester recently in search of a Hypnos matress. There was a good range of hypnosis products but I was struggling with choice. A really helpful sales person, Peter Thackway, who was extremely knowledgeable came to the rescue.
He practically rearranged the showroom, moving mattresses onto a choice of bases for me to try. He was not pushy in his sales technique and gave me time to consider. I felt confident to buy and relieved that I had found a truly comfortable mistress for my bad back.

We purchased a sofa from here on Saturday we decided to go to Stokers after reading the reviews knowing that we would get excellent customer service and we where not disappointed

Stokers Chester will be my 1st choice in the future and will certainly be asking for Scott to be the sales man

We were greeted at the Chester store by Scott Dupree. We were interested in buying some new furniture but do not appreciate pushy sales folk. It was pleasing that Scott left us alone until we were ready to decide. He then helped us through the buying process with his knowledge and expertise. We were more than happy with how Scott conducted the sale and his charming manner is a credit to this company

Scott Dupree dealt with my order, his advice on the fabric for my corner suite was invaluable. The staff in the store were all very friendly and helpful and the store was inviting, making me want to browse. I would definitely recommend Stokers to anybody looking for quality furniture. There’s an excellent choice instore.

Amazed at the selection of beds so much more choice than other places we visited. Nathan Lowndes was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He provided lots of information, answered all our questions and helped us make the right choice for us . A very enjoyable shopping experience

Steve was a very approachable & pleasant salesperson.
We only went in to buy a new sofa. We came out having bought a whole suite. 😂

The building is beautiful, The range of furniture and the quality is fantastic.
The staff on site so helpful especially Sandra we have looked everywhere for the perfect sofa and finally found exactly what we were looking for so Thank you Stokers.
