We were greeted at the Chester store by Scott Dupree. We were interested in buying some new furniture but do not appreciate pushy sales folk. It was pleasing that Scott left us alone until we were ready to decide. He then helped us through the buying process with his knowledge and expertise. We were more than happy with how Scott conducted the sale and his charming manner is a credit to this company

Scott Dupree dealt with my order, his advice on the fabric for my corner suite was invaluable. The staff in the store were all very friendly and helpful and the store was inviting, making me want to browse. I would definitely recommend Stokers to anybody looking for quality furniture. There’s an excellent choice instore.

Amazed at the selection of beds so much more choice than other places we visited. Nathan Lowndes was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He provided lots of information, answered all our questions and helped us make the right choice for us . A very enjoyable shopping experience

Steve was a very approachable & pleasant salesperson.
We only went in to buy a new sofa. We came out having bought a whole suite. 😂
However, he was extremely helpful & patient with us whilst we made our decisions

The building is beautiful, The range of furniture and the quality is fantastic.
The staff on site so helpful especially Sandra we have looked everywhere for the perfect sofa and finally found exactly what we were looking for so Thank you Stokers.

We recently purchased new sofas and chairs from Stokers in Ormskirk and all through the many weeks it took us to make our decision we were looked after superbly by the staff on site especially Sandra Maddocks. Sandra was full of ideas and advice when we needed it and always with a friendly smile and greeting.

A first class experience, beautiful sofas to choose from.

Very professional staff. Steve Wood is very knowledgeable and friendly . He had a lot of patience as we wondered around the store . He was on hand with our many questions but we were not put under any pressure . It is a wonderful store with quality products . Highly recommend.

We visited Stokers Chester to purchase a replacement recliner chair and sofa. There was an excellent choice of great quality furniture and very competitive prices. Andy Short introduced himself , listened to our requirements, advised us and left us alone to make our decisions. He wasnt at all pushy and when we had made our minds up he helped us with the purchase in a friendly efficient manner. We left the store feeling we had made a good choice at a good price. Obviously this is just a review about the service so far, fingers crossed the delivery and product is as expected !

We visited the Chester Store looking for information on choices of bed. Steve H greeted us and guided us through our options explaining the differences between the various ranges, making it easy for us to make our final decision. Steve was friendly helpful and professional and we would like to thank him for his 5 star service. We can't wait for our new purchase to arrive.

We visited Stokers in Chester to have a second look at dining room furniture. Julie Williams remembered seeing us a few days earlier and after introducing herself, she left us alone and didn't pressurise us. After we had decided to go ahead with the purchase, she made the ordering process easy. She also explained how to care for the furniture. We would definitely recommend Stokers.

I wouldn't go to any other furniture store if you are looking for good quality furniture.

Ordered three piece from Chester store, dealt with Mark Cain throughout transaction. He was polite, helpful and above all patient! Gave us a good deal and helped with the many questions we had. The delivery was within the timescales given to us by Mark which was a bonus as it was only an estimate due to Middle East conflict. The delivery guys (Nick and Danny) were great, very helpful and polite and again answered any questions we had and were happy to give advice and full explanations.
