Streeter Marshall recently worked on our lease extensions for our block of flats. Tim and his team were incredibly easy to work with and approachable from the beginning to completion, even going out of their way to expedite my lease for remortgage purposes which they didn’t need to do. They were also very fairly priced within the market. I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will use them for any future requirements.

Experienced solicitors who work hard and swiftly. They have never needed to be chased. Always answer questions clearly and quickly. I have used them to buy and sell houses and flats and to get a lease extension. I've had some tight times frames which they have always met. My last sale was managed by Nicola Davey who had the most brilliant communication skills whether email or phone and round the the deal very efficiently. Her P.A.
