Just completed on our family home and can’t say enough good things about Nicole Pagel. She was super responsive and tackled a ridiculous number of buyer’s questions with grace. She’s a cut above any other solicitor we’ve worked with. Don’t go with anyone else!

From start to finish Streeter Marshall, and specifically Jemma S Gateson, acted professionally, swiftly and in such a friendly manner as my conveyancer. At first we only communicated by email and Jemma was always very fast to provide me with all the documents and information I needed and to answer my questions or to acknowledge my email replies. Towards the end of the conveyancing process, we spoke by phone and Jemma was always at the end of the line ready to speak to me despite her busyness. Likewise Linda, her secretary, was always so friendly and professional and always answered emails or phone calls swiftly. The office staff were always equally friendly and helpful.

Conveyancing is not a new ask from me and I've had quite a bit of experience of high street solicitors, licensed conveyancers and large 'conveyancing warehouses'. Some I'd recommend, others I'm happy to forget and occasionally, some I regret.

My latest purchase was of a 350 year old property which, from experience, often comes with unexpected complications, so a good solicitor was sought.

Peter Russell from Streeter Marshall has been, without a doubt, the BEST legal professional I have ever experienced. The complications with my purchase were many and time consuming; taking me to the edge of considering withdrawal from the purchase. Peter's experience and professionalism ensured matters were dealt with appropriately and as expeditiously as possible. Despite the considerable amount of extra hours he put in, very little (if any) was reflected in our final bill. It is for these reasons that I am comfortable to confirm that I will be going nowhere else for any future conveyancing advice and services.

They do not give you invoice with payee’s details.
They tell you the amount by email , then tell you to call office to obtain the bank details to pay into .

But what if one of staff tell me his:her own account details than company details ?
