Beautiful villa, very spacious and comfortable. Provided everything required for our family of 12, aged between 1 and 82. Rep Richard was very helpful on several occasions.

We have used Sun-hat Villas for many years. They take care of everything so it’s a holiday worry taken away.
The accommodation is always as described.
I’ll be booking again for next year.
I would also like to add I have dealt with Ann Evison for all of that time, she understands what type of villa we require, she is friendly, professional and patient with my queries.

Sun-hat Villas 5 star ⭐️
This is our fourth time booking with Sun-Hat Villas, and we can honestly say they are the best company we’ve ever used. We always book the same villa because we absolutely love it—it’s perfect for our family.
From the moment we arrive, the team couldn’t do more for us. They’re always at the end of the phone if we need anything, and on the rare occasion there’s a problem, it’s sorted out straight away.
Thank you for always making our holidays so fabulous. We can’t wait to see you again next year! ❤️

From booking all the way through Sun Hat we’re transparent, easy to use and so helpful. It made a difference using a company with people at the end of it unlike some of the large booking platforms. The rep checked in with us and helped us with questions whilst the concierge team pointed us towards a great water park and places to eat.

It's fantastic to know our team kept you well informed throughout the process and that our responsive service gave you confidence every step of the way. We truly appreciate your recommendation and are honoured you've trusted us with not just one, but two villa holidays this summer. We look forward to welcoming you again soon.
Sun hat Villa
Sun hat are very easy to deal with and efficient so that the whole process from booking to arriving and this day is simple. They are very responsive to any problems and have a fantastic range of lovely villas. All the people we have dealt with have been very polite and helpful. The Quinta Francisco villa was fantastic in a secluded spot, the only small issue was the unpaved road (predominantly sand) to get to it. Is also not particularly well signposted. However, overall it was fantastic as it has an amazing outside space and is beautifully furnished inside.

Would highly recommend sunhat villas
Would highly recommend sunhat villas, the ones we stayed in, the 4 brothers apartments in olhos de agua in Portugal were comfortable, bright, spacious, very clean, near everything with lovely pool.
They have excellent cleaning staff & a brilliant set up for departure days, with shower, toilet, a base etc
Proper double bed in main room of apartment. They've thought of everything! We arrived on sat 27th June & left on the 11th July 2026, lovely 2 week break! Home from home!

Sun-Hat Villas made our holiday…
Sun-Hat Villas made our holiday unforgettable by providing first class service from booking our trip to on-site help. Sam in particular was extremely helpful, coming to see us on the day we checked in and was very supportive and responsive to any questions and issues raised on WhatsApp with her. The villa, pool and grounds were excellent, well appointed and everything we wanted from our holiday. This was the second time we booked that villa with Sun-Hat Villas who are very highly recommended. SHV also arranged private airport transfers for us and delivery and pick up of the hire car to the villa which suited us. Excellent service and the best I’ve ever had

Villa Dorothea is lovely isn't it, so close to the beach and with the brilliant plunge pool to refresh yourself in. We're so glad that you enjoyed the opportunity to rest and relax and we'll be sure to pass your comments to the owners - they will be delighted.
Would book with Sun-Hat again
Sun-hat were brilliant to book with, Adam was really helpful & responsive.
The villa was well maintained, clean & had everything we needed. Location was great really close to the beach & shops but quiet within a cul de sac of 7 villas.
Only thing to be aware of is shared drive and a couple living underneath the property if wanting complete privacy

Thank you for your lovely review. We're so pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay and that Adam offered such great service throughout the booking process.
We're so pleased to know you found the villa clean, well maintained, and in such a convenient yet peaceful location.
Thank you also for mentioning the shared driveway and the accommodation beneath the villa. Just to reassure future guests, the couple living below are the villa's maid and her partner, who are on hand to discreetly look after the property, while always respecting guests' privacy. We're glad this didn't detract from your stay and hope to welcome you back again soon.
