A note on the COVID-19 pandemic
We hope you are staying safe during this challenging and unforeseen time across the globe. We would firstly like to thank you for your patience and support as we work to respond to the thousands of individual customer queries, booking amendments and refunds.
We would like to note that due to Coronavirus outbreak, we have received a huge volume of contact from customers who are concerned about how their holiday is affected. It may take us longer than usual to respond at the moment, but rest assured we are working hard to reply to every customer query as quickly as we can.
When will I receive my refund?
We're working as quickly as possible to get any money back to those customers who are owed a refund. In many cases, we are waiting for the money for the cost of flights to be refunded by the airline.
Additionally, unlike many other travel companies, Sunshine.co.uk is offering eligible customers a full cash refund alongside the option to move their holiday to a later date.
The ongoing situation with Covid-19 is unprecedented and affecting us all in many different ways. We truly appreciate the patience and support of all of our customers during this challenging time.

From booking to.going was amazing the transfers going to the hotel was abit stressful. The driver wasn't very good and communication wasnt good at all. And took use 3 hours on the coach instead of 40 mins.was very stressful. Got on the coach at 8 got there just after 10pm.

Our return flight was cancelled and we received no guidance at the airport from anyone from the company and had to arrange accomadation and transfers for the 2 days delay we had. We then tried to get some sort of recompense for this but this was declined by the company. The booking reference no. Was SUN15304808B

What a disappointment
Not even worth one star but needed to give one.
Yet another holiday at this site and we were so looking forward to it again, however a year on and it’s not got the wow factor it had last year.Generally the site is clean and tidy but let down by repairs that are obvious and need doing. The slope from reception to the site the brick wall is badly damaged and on the verge of giving way. The wooden hand rail leading up from the large pool to the small pool (by the life guard) is very loose and unstable and needs repair/replacement .
The bungalow although it was clean it could really do with a deep clean the doors going into the bungalow were very grubby and as you looked round inside there were dirty areas in the corners and behind the bathroom door.
The air conditioner in one of the bedrooms did not work and even though someone had a look at it they couldn’t do anything because a fault code was showing so the company would have to come out to it. This was on Friday and we struggled in the heat until Monday and once again we enquired again at reception and was told it could take all week to repair. We had to ask for a fan as the heat during the night was very uncomfortable.
We had problems with the internet and TV as there was no connection. Workman turned up at the beginning of the week and we’re fitting cables etc and finally we had a connection only for it to fail completely the next day.
We had already lost 2nights of our holiday due to the airline issues being unable to to take off from Gatwick so these issues just piled onto our disappointment
It’s the little things that make a holiday memorable but in this case it made it memorable for the wrong reasons.
The food served at the bar (apart from the pizza) needs attention. We ordered an omelette and what we got was a one egg omelette mess definitely not worth the money. We also had a burger which tasted like it was precooked and reheated making it tough, definitely something not to be repeated

Easy booking system
Easy booking system, had a great time with our group last year so doing it again this year. Different hotel this time. The transfer from Alicante is a bit long compared with transfers I've done in the past, it does state though it's around 1 he 20 mins.
