I placed an order on Friday based on the company's claim that orders are processed the same day for next-day delivery. However, it is now Thursday and I still have not received my goods.

I have tried contacting customer service several times, but each call had an estimated wait time of around 60 minutes. When I finally got through, the representative was unhelpful, would not provide a tracking number, and gave very little information about the status of my order.

I have also sent emails, which have gone unanswered. Throughout this process, there has been no proactive communication regarding delays or the whereabouts of my order.

Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious when ordering from this company. If the issue is not resolved soon, I will be contacting my bank to dispute the transaction.

Great products, prices and delivery.

Order received as expected on 3rd October but wrong product was supplied. Emailed 3 times since Saturday but no response. Tried calling but impossible to get through . Has to be the worst customer service I have ever encountered and would definitely not recommend

You kept me informed on progress by phone with a real live person I could say Thankyou to that was a breath of fresh air in an otherwise automated world. Goods arrived when you and the carrier said they would.

Evering thing was as advertised, and goods arrived in good condition delivered when said.

Phoned and it was an hour wait so Emailed sales a couple of times about my order and they never got back to me. The order did turn up without any hassle with one light damaged in transit.

I ordered galvanised electrical conduit and fittings, their pricing was very reasonable. I placed the online order on a Sunday night, and I received it from Superlec's brilliant delivery service on the Monday morning, the delivery driver was very friendly and great to deal with. It is the first time I have ordered from this company and I will be sure to deal with them again. Thank you so much.

Using superlec direct was very easy, the price was one of the lowest I could find and the delivery was quick. All round top job. Definitely use again.

I would prefer to leave zero stars. I wish we had never ordered from this company - it's been a headache from the start. Despite ordering before 2pm we didn't receive our goods the next day as advertised on their website - their excuse: "this isn't guarenteed". Well in that case don't advertise it!

Next they held our entire order because two of the items were not in stock, did they bother to notify us of this? Of course not. After a 1-hour wait on hold I finally got hold of someone who said that I should have been contacted to ask if we wanted the goods - we weren't and our order was held up for yet another day.

Now it's a month on and I'm still chasing their invoice - there's no way they can't generate an invoice for our order where payment was taken a month ago but I'm chasing and chasing and getting no where. I've emailed and called, I've been dealing with Riley Ruddock who is absolutely dreadful. Slow to respond, dismissive, doesn't seem to know the law regarding UK VAT invoices either.

Let's see how they respond when they recieve a fine from HMRC. I also hope my complaint to Trading Standards gets somewhere - this has been a massive waste of time and it's simply wrong that companies can operate in this way.

Avoid at all costs!

Company does not deserve a 1 star, my order after 2 weeks was never sent nor received, just a scam company, phone calls are always 45mins wait time and you get cut off. No replay to any emails nothing. Avoid this company. Will not reply to any communications. Still waiting on a refund.

Best price for the Kiddie Firex Heat Alarm that I could find at the time. Easy ordering and quick delivery. I would use Superlec again.

I placed order on 20th September 2026 and it is 6th October 2026 and I still have not received the order. I have reached out several times via email (absolutely no response) and called customer service so many times and their agent is terrible and not at all helpful. One agent even promised me a full refund which is an absolute con as I still have not received my refund. Even logged a formal complaint and still no response. What a total scam! I am so so upset and totally angry. I definitely DO NOT recommend anyone using them unless you want to throw your money away for nothing.

Very fast service!! Missed a small part of the order which I emailed back about on the day. No response for the last 3 working days, will follow up tomorrow.
