Very fast service!! Missed a small part of the order which I emailed back about on the day. No response for the last 3 working days, will follow up tomorrow.

Great ordering process / competitive prices and speedy delivery

Superlec are a bit of an enigma. Prices are great, one of the most competitive.....but they should not advertise next day delivery as it never is. I placed an order over a week ago on next day but still waiting. Fortunately i was not relying on this delivery.
I also have emailed twice, with no response and kept waiting on the phone for 40 mins before giving up! So yes they are good but they really need to sort out customer services and don't advertise things they cannot deliver.
(Cannot reply to emails but responding the Trust pilot reviews as i type this!!)

one minor item was out of stock so they held up the whole order which delayed the contractors very badly. This was not communicated to me that one item was out of stock. If they had let me know we would have canceled that item and bought it locally. It took them nearly a week to do the "next day" delivery.

Very disappointing experience with Superlec Direct.

I placed an order with them and when my parcel arrived, I found that 2 boxes of WAGO 2773-402 connectors were missing. I emailed them immediately on 25 September regarding the missing items, but I still haven’t received any proper response or resolution.

I also tried contacting them by phone, but I was left waiting for around one hour without getting any response.

Mistakes can happen with orders, but the way the missing items have been handled is very disappointing. I expected much better customer service and communication.

I would not recommend ordering from them based on my experience.

Superlec pricing for the charger was very competitive and the item was delivered when they said it would be so very pleased.

Communication was very bad. None existence. Items took 10 days to arrive after continual chasing. Wait time on the phone to chase order was 45 minutes plus. Never received any confirmation of order, just a DPD text to say they were delivering after 10 days of chasing

Great service and quick delivery. Definitely use again.

Got the order right, especially a company I’ve not used before. Only downside was the two cable items ordered arrive with
two different delivery time in the same day by the same delivery company. Minor issue for me, got what I wanted - Happy, will order again and recommend

I had a small problem with a product, this was addressed extremely quickly and a replacement arrived two days later, excellent service no problem with using them again.

Fast shipping and amazing prices, I was missing a part of my order but when i asked they gave a good reason and sent the replacement out ASAP. Overall Really good experience would highly recommend!
