Tried to amend order as I had made a mistake but despite two emails to different addresses and numerous calls with wait periods ov over 60 minutes I could not amend the order. Impossible to contact the company.

Arrived late
Said that delivery would be the next working day, if ordered before a certain time (think it was 2pm). Order placed before noon on the Thursday, but wasn't pricessed until Friday and delivery didn't arrive until the following Monday

Shocking service
Used these plenty of times but this time was the worse service i have had from anyone.
Placed a small order expecting next day, a week later nothing various emails, not one reply, forget the phone, over a hour waiting time.
Had to file a claim with paypal and waiting to get my money back.
Bought elsewhere now without any issues.

I ordered several items that were all shown as in stock at the time of ordering. A full week later, they still haven’t arrived.
As an electrician, I order materials around booked-in jobs, so delays like this cause major problems with my work schedule and customers. If items are advertised as being in stock, I expect them to be dispatched promptly, or at the very least to be informed immediately if there is going to be a delay.
This has caused me considerable inconvenience and disruption to work that was already booked in. Very disappointing service.
This is the second time in 3 weeks.
