Survival Depot Ltd Reviews

Super fast efficient service at a good price. I will definitely be back .

I ordered a led flashlight on December 15. I received a confirmation email but nothing else about the package. No tracking info or anything. It was a part of my husbands Christmas gifts. Our 7 year old daughter was so excited to choose a present for her dad. It never came in. I have sent several emails in regards to the whereabouts of this package. No response. I’m at the utmost disappointd and angry!! It’s been a month and one week and still nothing ! 3-7 day delivery??!! Ha!! Funny!! Survivalist depot is a scam!! Thieves!!
Order # 69120 , Courtney Lynn

Order product on the 14 of dec to include as christmas gift for my mom and GF.
Said 3-7 days delivery. After three to four unanswered emails and no Tracking number I have lost all hope of getting product. today is the 4th of Jan 2018 and still no word from The Survivalist Depo I had simply asked for tracking number to go with invoice number but all communication has gone unanswered.
they however can send me 1 email per day trying to get me to buy more products.
I was also disappointed that there were sales on this light two days after my order.
I would likely go buy this light from one of the shops locally and gladly pay more for real service vs going through this again.
for the team member who looks at this and questions it here is the copy and paste from the order page below.

Thank you Michael!

Excellent service as always.

They are thieves, they took my money and never sent items. Won’t return phone calls or emails. STAY AWAY

Never got my shipment so I tried contacting them, nothing! Sent numerous emails, nothing! There a scam! DON'T BUY FROM THEM! Read other reviews, same comments.

Very swift delivery. Competitive price. Would recommend.

First time buyer. Ordered and received within the same working week.....they even included a small gift. I will be using again in the near future.

Perfectly happy with company.

Despite knowing about this site for a very long time this was my first purchase.

Pre Sales info was prompt and after ordering my item came quickly with no issues.

Recommended :-)

Highly recommended.

Many thanks

Fast delivery. Top notch service, thank you Survival Depot

Products have arrived in 10 days, not bad, and were exactly what I had ordered.
Unfortunately their customer care didn't reply to my 3 messages (both via email and webform) asking for details about shipping (I chose recorded mail so maybe there was a tracking number). Maybe in case of problems they reply, who knows.
I'm not sure if I'm going in future to buy from a merchant who doesn't reply to message.

Great product, great price, prompt delivery.
