Item as described great quality and fast delivery.

I am battling to get hold of my item (#55864) since 12 April 2017, I have order and paid for my item. I have tried every thing in my power to locate my item without any success.

I am starting to think I have been had. My last email was 3 October 2017 where I gave an alternative delivery address as it seems like my home address is not suitable for you to deliver (although I have had many deliveries to my home address).

I only had the automated response on this email and nothing more.

It is another 17 weeks later, totaling 42 weeks since I ordered and paid for my item.

Great range & Quality, spent some time looking for the best priced site for some gear and their price beat some of the other online stores which would appear higher up a google search.

Quick shipping, but I wish you guys would keep more in stock, my next order will probably be more then one item,

The items arrived promptly and were exactly as described. Thank you.

Great service. Items arrived quickly and were exactly as described, well boxed and wrapped with a friendly note. Will definitely use the company again!

I gave my Order on the 8th December 2017 and still received nothing.
I have sent several Emails to try and track my Order but I have received no help whatsoever!

Very fast delivery, will packaged, own exactly as described.

This is an xlnt tool. It will be able to make holes in a lot of various media. Probably not metal. This piece is very well made and it should last a long time. I am quite pleased with my purchase. I would recommend this tool.

Competitive pricing and swift delivery. I wanted to order more items but quite a number of them were sadly out of stock.Hopefully this will be rectified soon so I can place further orders. Thank you.

Great quality product and it was about half the price of all orher retailers, with fast delivery. Would use again

In June 2017 I placed an order (58448 USA) as xmas presents for my Grandson who is a Junior Army cadet. To date after at least 12 unanswered emails my order has not been completely supplied to me. Originally they sent a reply acknowledging receipt of my money paid upfront but since then no communication at all on the status of the remaining items of my outstanding order. Wish they were represented here in New Zealand where I could visit them and demand the non supplied items and money back. My order was done through their USA operation? Very disappointing for my Grandson.

I purchase gear from here time to time, and I have never had a bad experience. Prices are competitive.
