Unbelievebly flawless service!
I dealt with Zara when selling my property and it was a great experience. We experienced some hurdles from the buyers side and she couldn't have handled things better. So organised and efficient with everything.

Talbots have been great. So simple and informative and very quick to respond. They answer queries professionally and promptly. Tori and team were excellent and it was a pleasure to use their services.

Talbots were the solicitors used by the buyer of our flat. They seemed extremely diligent in their work. However every response took weeks and the same questions seemed to be asked over and over. Information requested and sent by our solicitor got sent to "our technical department" where it seemed to sit for ages. the whole thing took much longer than it should given we had a cash buyer and the property was vacant and chain free. I would say to anyone using Talbots that you need to chase all the time or not much gets done.

from the start the task was on fire emails and calls were going back and forth really well then when ot came to the complete and exchange , it was very slow, not much response to questions, also i had to chase up Elm Group to get the rxchange moving, im in now and getting settled i will say thank you to the team for that ,

Fantastic Service From The Team At Talbots

A fantastic experience from start to finish. The team were always responsive, honest, easy to talk to and defiant when the other solicitors wasn't at the same level.

There are cheaper solicitors out there, and there are more expensive ones. Talbots were in the middle and I'm honestly pleased we made the decision to go with them. We experienced during our house buying chain that a lot of solicitors will drag their heels, Talbots did not!

What I admired the most is that they wasn't shy with picking up the phone and explaining the situation in easy terms, it calmed the situation and helped us loads.

Finally, I want to publicly praise Lisa Burton for everything she did. Incredible service and brilliant at her job, full recommendation for striving and working her best against a difficult situation and a challenging chain that posed many problems but she found solutions.

Second time using Talbots when moving house and can't fault their service! The buyers of our house solicitors' did their best to delay the process and Talbots were there every day asking for updates, chasing for paperwork and making sure the process was as smooth and streamline as possible for us. Big thanks to Sophie and Sara who over saw our case. Would highly recommend.

Made such a refreshing change to deal with people who took the time to make a phone call to keep me updated instead of endless emails. I was able to use a local branch for various things. This made it easier rather than having to travel to the branch where the conveyancing team are based. The receptionist in Kidderminster was very friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend Sanjeev Sunder and his team (based in Dudley) for property transactions.
