very disappointed i placed a order for more coffees to find i had to pay over £5 delivery then i waited in all day to receive a message around 7.30pm saying the package as been left in or your near porch area (which we do not have) after walking up and down our road looking for the package it was found under our neighbor's bay window 4 doors away. i got the package home opened it to find i had only received 4 of the 5 boxes i had ordered i have emailed tassimo for nearly a week now with not a single response
VERY POOR customer service to say the least

My daughter bought me a Tassimo machine for Christmas. Registered to redeem the £20 pod voucher as advertised on the box. Once registered I received two £10 vouchers that have to be redeemed separately with two different purchases of over £25. However delivery is £6 unless you spend over £40.
Was a bit miffed but decided to go ahead with the order. However once I entered the voucher code they put the delivery charge back on.
Will be returning the machine as I will not be spending any money with this company.

Machine makes coffee so does what it says.

Set up account to use vouchers but it doesn't work!! You can't reset password ... got an email saying sorry and new codes but still doesn't work ... useless company.

Missing one box of coffee pods. I tried to contact them but no response unfortunately.

after purchasing a box containing 5 packs oF eight drinks (latte) the quality was atrocious and some of the milk pods were empty/dry, i contacted tassimo who agreed to send vouchers out to replace the faulty ones, they should of sent 5 vouchers out, but only sent 4, not the end of the world. im used to purchasing the packs with eight drinks in each but sadly i could not find a store that sold them so i popped into my local tesco in gateshead as i had purchased from them before, they only had packs of 5 drinks so i took five of those to the checkout, planning on paying the extra as tassimo had only sent me £20 worth of vouchers, low and behold, the cashier stated that she could not get them to scan, please go to customer services, which i did, once there i was informed i could not use the vouchers against the packs as each voucher was £5 and the packs were £4.49 each i informed the lady that i would pay the rest on my debit card, to which she again said that was not possible.....after ten minutes of arguing i left the store very annoyed and confused. i went to work and attempted to purchase pods online only for the tassimo site not to recognise the serial numbers, im now stuck out of pocket again with £20 worth of vouchers that are no good and actually go out of date on december 21. absolutely ridiculous situation.

I ordered ten creamers for coffee, amount to pay £37.42. Added XMASFLASH in coupons, amount to pay £40.92 ? It costs £3.50 more with the "30% discount code". Really ???? Not the first time, happens quite regularly.
Some one at Tassimo needs to find out what clowns are making them look stupid.

I placed a large order and lots missing. I’ve emailed, filled in a form and tried to call several times, with no response! I will never buy from here again, and recommend you don’t too!!

I have had a few coffee makers but this is the worst. I bought a tassimo finesse. It only gives less than half a small cup of coffee. Its quite noisy and takes a time to get going. I wrote the the company twice but as yet no answers. The flavoured coffees are very very sweet.I will be going back to a Dolche gusto.

I ordered 2 machines with pods for Christmas presents in early November. I never received and can’t get the company to get back to me! All I want is my order or money back.

If you like their coffee - best thing to do is go to the supermarket and buy their pods when on offer. Do not buy directly from them. Your order will says its delivered when it isn't, and you will be lucky to get any form of meaningful update from the Amazon shipping link. Oh, and dont bother ringing to get an update either - you wont get through.

Avoid this company at all costs!! The coffee machine is really decent and have had no problems with that. However ordering the pods is a nightmare, especially when I have placed 1 recent order of £138 and the company has sent it incorrectly 3 times now! No doubt I probably have 3 other customers orders now as every time they tell me to keep the incorrect coffee pods. Customer service is at its worse fake number on the site then once found I get put on hold for over an hour. I will never use this company again, have binned the machine and will be using a different company that can deliver correctly!!

Second time having trouble with delivery. Actually got through to Tassimo “customer care”and tried to explain the problem. They HUNG UP on me! Terribly company, no customer service. The fact they haven’t responded to any of the comments on here says it all.

I placed an order with Tassimo on my account it states that it was delivered. I have not received my order so I emailed Tassimo twice but got no answer. I then tried ringing them twice after holding for what seemed like forever I got no reply so I'm no further forward. I am now getting in touch with my bank to claim my money back. Tassimo customer service is terrible.

This machine makes the smallest cappuccinos I have ever had. I have spent a fortune on other coffee options with no avail. Its a complete waste of money.

Used a black Friday code for 35% off which was applied successfully, but when I checked out my basket it was reduced to 15% tried ringing customer services, took 20 minutes to get an answer, was told you can't combine offers, I didn't expect to but did expect them to honour the offer applied, before I could explain I was cut off.
I emailed asking them to cancel the order, didn't get a reply and the order was delivered today. Really unhappy and won't be ordering again.

I have an update to this review, after 6 days I received an answer to my email from customer services, who apologised and have issued a refund and so I have now given 3 stars.

Subscriptions are a rip off. Before I took out the contract i made sure costa latte, costa americano and cappuccino were included. My first order had a decent choice to select my 15 packs inc above. Since then the choices are getting less and less. For the last 2 orders they have not had costa cappuccinos, 1st time saying they out of stock, but avaliable to order on website just not as part of subscription. this time cappuccino has disappeared for subscription completely but still on website.

Do not touch them worst company ever put in an order and Dpd say it’s been rerouted twice then cancelled by supplier I still haven’t received it. There is literally no way of contacting Tassimo to rectify this the number they have on there site doesn’t work I tried emailing nothing and contacting there so say live help is a joke they need to be closed down

Tassimo now use Amazon delivery. I've been messed around yet again. Two parcels due tomorrow. Amazon decided to deliver ONE today, by 1pm. At 1pm, delivery window changed to 3pm and so on. It's now 9.30. And I know, from experience, that at 10pm, Amazon will juat go ailent. And I've got to go through this again tomorrow for the other parcel plus whatever Amazon condescend to do with today's one. Well both can go back and Tassimo can refund. And my Tassimo machine will be binned (I doubt that anyone on Freecycle will be idiotic enough to want it).

We have a tassimo Joy and it's amazing. Easy to use and tastes amazing

Awful company , so unreliable with deliveries and customer services couldn't care less.
