I have been using Tenant Cloud for several years and it has been a fantastic addition to the property management portion of our business. The functions are intuitive and helpful in everyday situations. It is easy to collect rent for all of our properties in one location and stay connected with our tenants. The customer support is phenomenal! I am always able to speak with a service rep quickly and they are great at walking me through any issue that comes up.
I highly recommend this software!!

Tenant cloud makes life so easy for an owner and a landlord! Time is free to do other things. Great assistance when you need help.

Love the software. App is limited and finicky at times but website rocks.

Only suggestion is to indicate more seamlessly with Zillow on listings

TenantCloud has made management easy. I was new to being a landlord and explored several software options - this one seemed to be the easiest to use! I've used it to get leads, accept applications, set up recurring billing for rent and utilities, and run reports. I love that I can use TC's templates or create my own for leases, documents, and notices. I highly recommend it to everyone who asks!

I really enjoy having a one stop spot for all of the stuff related to our rentals. Being able to advertise directly from TC either publicly or through a private link is especially useful. I like being able to bill utilities my way, though it would be nice if either I could have the utility amounts inputted automatically from the utility company websites somehow, or if not that way then it would be nice if I could enter everyone's amounts into a spreadsheet and have the invoices sent automatically from that. Overall it's very useful, though it could be slightly more user friendly.

I love the features, but navigation doesn't always make sense. There is a lot of extra clicking because filtering and sorting of invoices, expenses, properties etcetera don't save.

Anytime I have a question, support answers very promptly. The system does what I need it to. Their how-to articles are easy to follow. The only downside is it takes quite a while from when tenant pays rent to actually receiving it in your account.

Tenant cloud has offered everything I need to run my property

Tenantcloud does a great job giving me the tools to support my rental properties. I gave 4/5 stars as troubleshooting can be clunky, and the payment system changed. I now pay a fee to wait a week to receive payment (before it was free to receive payment within 24 hours). Otherwise, I've enjoyed using the platform.

I use Tenant Cloud for all my rental properties. It makes collections easy because it automates email reminders, and applies late fees automatically. It streamlines lease management with electronic signatures. And lets me keep track of maintenance requests all in one place.

I am grateful how TenantCloud has made it easy to keep track of so many tenant related issues and transactions.

TenantCloud is a great product for Property Managers and Landlords alike because it helps automate tedious tasks throughout the entire tenant lifecycle, from application, to onboarding, to move-in, and more. Nevertheless, as TenantCloud evolves as a product, numerous bugs and quirks should be addressed. For example, the requirement to purchase Renter's Insurance is presented prior to a tenant's ability to review their Lease renewal. In theory, this should be presented afterwards or in conjunction with the renewal "signature". Despite any outstanding bugs/quirks, TenantCloud is receptive to feedback for improvements and is an overall great tool.

Super responsive customer support - amazing rent collection and reporting. Super streamlined tenant screening and rent insurance / lease signing. Really needs an update on their app though

I have used tenant cloud for over 4 years. It has helped me organize my rental receipts and complete my taxes. I love tenant cloud!

The system is amazing, I manage my 8 rentals with no issues, we have everything in there, payments, leases, maintenance request, notices, even house color and keys, bookeeping also. Very recommended

TenantCloud has made our property management business so much easier with online payments, accounting and maintenance requests.

We have been using TenantCloud for over 3 years now and have had a great experience with it. TenantCloud helps us keep everything organized and keeps our tenants on the know by automatically sending them rent payment reminders and letting the tenants and us comunicate within the platform and let's them send maintenence requests and rent payment as well. It's also very helpful by providing us local services/vendors for maintenence requests and allowing us to keep records of everything for tax purposes. It's a one stop shop and we highly recommend it.

Our company uses this app for everything related to our rental properties. Every receipt, every transaction, and every rent payment or tenant fee, all tracked. At the end of the month or year at the click of a button we can print out totals and see who still owes us money.
When it comes to tax season it's helpful to make sure all our expenses are accounted for.
The tech support is always so responsive, if you have an issue or you don't understand something or you think something could be programed better, submit an online form and they get back to your later that day.
We suggest this to other companies large and small because you can have multiple admin accounts and it's free for your tenants to use.
Overall, we are so happy we found this app when we did.

Tenantclud has been a reliable, turnkey solution to help in building my investment property portfolio.
