good software and helps keep track of everything. I would improve the ability for small time landlords the ability to tie this to their own website.

I own six residential rental properties and have been using TenantCloud for the last several years to manage them. I am very satisfied. I require my tenants to pay online and it has simplified rent collection immensely. My accounting process is much easier and preparing for tax season is a breeze. Also, when I have had to reach out to customer support, they have been most responsive and able to address issues quickly. I would highly recommend TenantCloud to anyone looking to streamline their rental property management process.

This platform has been everything I could ever need. When I’m unsure about something, or lost, the help team is absolutely incredible. I can navigate the site easily as a landlord, and am able to manage my properties with ease!

It works but then it doesn't. There are a lot of unresolved bugs and issues that they say they are working on but they never get fixed. I've been using the software two years now and haven't seen a single improvement. They've only ever increased the monthly price and fees for payments and credit checks.
I bring this stuff up and they blow me off with a canned response. Pass on this one. It's dieing a slow death. They're just milking it's final pennies and making zero investment in improvements or known issues.

I signed up to pay my rent and got confirmation so I could do AutoPay. Then my landlord calls and no rent received 14 days later go into tenant cloud and shows no account. I don’t inderstand why you reveal and have access to all bank accounts cds everything financial from my bank. This is not right. What happens to signing up and verifying bank account for rent and not giving tenant cloud everything financial. I have Aplus credit score no defaults. I will have to write check every month making more work for my landlord.

The system may be user friendly, however it’s very evident this is a small group of people managing this startup. I left DoorLoop in hopes of having a better experience, however I may as well have remained at DoorLoop. I used the tenant cloud trial to test out the functionality and was unable to do so. My company was verified to receive payments, then it wasn’t, then it was verified again, and then it wasn’t. I never really received any help with the issue rather they required me to submit a chat ticket and I did so several times but still did not receive the assistance I needed. So I canceled. A big waste of time.

I'm totally satisfied with the software. It automates the job I was doing manually and saves me time for a reasonable price. Plus support is always eager to help. I'd recommend it to beginners and small landlords.

I've been using TC for three years and have really enjoyed the experience. They are regularly making product enhancements and meeting the needs of their clients. There are various items that could be enhanced, but I believe that's to be expected with any property management site. They are very reasonably priced for all of the features that are offered.

The marketing process and move in process is easy and straightforward for tenants to use.

We lost features when you changed products and when you moved to Stripe communication and change management was lacking. For the price there are good features and easy to you. It would be great to have some market analysis added to properties, tying checking account information to TC (so it could record transactions) and tied to mortgages to record outstanding balances.

We have been using Tenantcloud since 2019. Our favorite feature is that it allows a smooth online experience for our tenants to apply, pay, sign, and do everything they need to do without the hassle of mail or checks. It gives us an easy way to set up recurring transactions and to bill our tenants for various fees. While there have been bugs or questions a few times, the helpdesk has been very responsive.

Tenant Cloud came into my life at a time where I needed a niche product. There were some alternative platforms however Tenant Cloud product offering was pretty much just as robust with a cost that was more flexible to meet my needs. We are a small business with three locations and roughly 35 units (Retail & Apartments). Whenever their is a hiccup, Tenant Cloud support team are there to help in a jiffy. That alone is worth their weight in gold. As we all know...the world of property management moves fast. We have tenants who are our clients...who are relying on speed and efficiency so they too can be happy and/or productive. Tenant Cloud solved many of our problems and I'm guessing it'll solve many others problems as well.

Tenantcloud is easy to navigate for me and my tenants. And when we have questions, their support team is very helpful. The monthly cost is very reasonable for all the services they provide.

Well Price. Good product.

After testing 5 different platforms, i found that TenantCloud was one of the most robust and affordable solutions to almost fully digitize the property management process for landlords that have just a couple properties, up to property managers that manage 100’s of properties. If you are looking for a solution to help you scale, that is affordable, you don’t have to look any further.

I’ve been using TenantCloud for 3 years now to manage 43 doors. Although it has some glitches from time to time, this software has helped tremendously in self managing our units. Not only that, it makes our property management a lot more professional. I wish the payments would transfer faster to our accounts, but other than that I will continue to use TC and would recommend it to anyone who self manages their properties.

We switched to Tenant Cloud for a more robust and customizable experience; and we are glad we did! The support is fantastic, and the upgrades over the past few months have made the system even more powerful.

Tenant cloud is very easy to use. There are always more and new informations provided. Great support staff to help with any questions.

No help for tenants, just avoid!

I've used TenantCloud for 2 years. They advertise that they filter all of your apartment listings out to specific 3rd party sites. It has on more than one occasion not actually listed one of my apartments on 3rd party sites, making it so that I missed getting my apartment rented for an entire month, at least 2-3 different times. Their "accounting" features do not use standard accounting practices and are not compatible with quickbooks, even though they advertise that they can sync with quickbooks. None of the relevant fields line up, making it so that you have to manually enter everything back into quickbooks. Try doing that for 3 years worth of accounting data. Their accounting reports also do not show you what a standard quickbooks accounting report would, such as a P&L and a Balance Sheet. Even if you pay at the highest tier with Tenant Cloud, their support team can do very little to help you. It's always the third party app's fault (quickbooks,apartments.com, etc). I've had dozens upon dozens of unsolved issues. If you're trying to use TenantCloud to save money, it won't save you money. Pay the extra cost and go with Quickbooks. and manage your properties through zillow or apartments.com directly.
